日糧中添加大豆油對高溫下蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋性能、蛋品質(zhì)及血清抗氧化能力的影響

【摘要】:為研究日糧中添加大豆油對高溫條件下蛋雞產(chǎn)蛋性能、蛋品質(zhì)及血清抗氧化能力的影響。選取健康的41周齡京粉蛋雞360只,隨機分為4組,每組3個重復。其中處理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ組為試驗組,分別添加10、20 g/kg和30 g/kg的新鮮大豆油代替等量玉米,處理IV組為對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧。預試1周,試驗期為6周。結(jié)果表明,在熱應激(26~33℃,平均29.5℃)狀態(tài)下:(1)日糧中添加大豆油的處理Ⅰ、Ⅱ組產(chǎn)蛋率極顯著高于處理Ⅲ組和對照組(P0.01),日糧中添加大豆油的處理組料蛋比較對照組分別降低5.56%、7.41%、6.94%(P0.01),日糧中添加大豆油的處理Ⅰ組平均每日總蛋重極顯著高于處理Ⅱ、Ⅲ組和對照組(P0.01);(2)日糧中添加大豆油的處理Ⅱ組蛋黃重較對照組提高18.43%(P0.05),處理Ⅰ組蛋白高度較對照組提高26.48%(P0.05);(3)日糧中添加大豆油的處理Ⅱ組總抗氧化能力(T-AOC)較對照組提高32.41%(P0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量較對照組降低51.21%(P0.05)。綜上所述,高溫應激下日糧中添加10~20 g/kg大豆油可顯著提高蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,改善蛋雞抗氧化能力。
