【摘要】：為探究遼寧省西豐縣鹿場環(huán)境中細(xì)菌的分布及耐藥性情況,本試驗(yàn)采集了鹿場糞便、飲水、空氣、飼料等樣品,進(jìn)行了細(xì)菌的分離培養(yǎng)及鑒定,對(duì)分離到的菌株16SrDNA基因進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增、測序分析,并對(duì)分選出的致病菌和條件致病菌進(jìn)行藥敏試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示,所測樣品共分離純化出27株菌,公鹿精飼料、母鹿精飼料、粗飼料和水的含菌量分別為1.0×10~5、8.7×10~4、2.7×10~7 CFU/g和2.9×10~4 CFU/mL,表明水和粗飼料不符合國家規(guī)定的養(yǎng)殖場環(huán)境衛(wèi)生要求;16SrDNA基因序列在NCBI比對(duì)后,鑒定出有大腸埃希菌、志賀氏菌等15種不同菌株,其中致病菌和條件致病菌共13種,這13種細(xì)菌對(duì)呋喃唑酮、多黏菌素B和頭孢氨芐等耐藥,對(duì)頭孢曲松、環(huán)丙沙星和丁胺卡那等藥物敏感。本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為鹿場細(xì)菌性疾病的防控及用藥提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the distribution and drug resistance of bacteria in deer farms in Xifeng County, Liaoning Province, samples of faeces, drinking water, air, feed and so on were collected in this experiment, and the bacteria were isolated, cultured and identified. The 16SrDNA gene of the isolated strain was amplified by PCR, sequenced, and tested for drug sensitivity of the selected and conditional pathogenic bacteria. The results showed that 27 strains of bacteria were isolated and purified. The bacterial contents of male deer concentrate feed, female deer concentrate feed, crude feed and water were 1.0 脳 10 ~ 5, 8.7 脳 10 ~ 4,2.7 脳 10 ~ 7 CFU/g and 2.9 脳 10 ~ 4 CFU/mL, respectively, and the bacterial contents of crude feed and water were 1.0 脳 10 ~ 5, 8.7 脳 10 ~ 4, 2.7 脳 10 ~ 7 CFU/mL, and 2.9 脳 10 ~ 4 CFU/mL, respectively. The results showed that the water and roughage did not meet the environmental hygiene requirements of farming farms stipulated by the state. 15 different strains of Escherichia coli and Shigella were identified after NCBI sequence comparison. Among them, 13 strains were pathogenic bacteria and conditional pathogens, which were resistant to furazolidone, polymyxin B and Cefalexin. Sensitive to ceftriaxone, ciprofloxacin and amikana. The results can be used as a reference for the prevention and control of bacterial diseases in deer farms.
