【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在建立脂多糖(LPS)誘導(dǎo)哺乳期SD大鼠乳腺炎病理模型,為后續(xù)治療乳腺炎的深入研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。SD大鼠30只,于產(chǎn)后72h隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(5只)和試驗(yàn)組(25只),試驗(yàn)組隨機(jī)分為5組,各試驗(yàn)組大鼠經(jīng)第4對(duì)乳頭灌注LPS,劑量分別為10、20、30、40、50μg/側(cè),對(duì)照組灌注等量PBS。灌注后24h觀察記錄各大鼠臨床癥狀、乳腺組織病理學(xué)變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在各試驗(yàn)組大鼠第4對(duì)乳腺均可觀察到不同程度的炎癥反應(yīng),且與LPS劑量呈正比例關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,成功建立了LPS誘導(dǎo)哺乳期SD大鼠乳腺炎模型。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to establish the pathological model of mastitis induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in lactation SD rats, and to lay a foundation for further study on the treatment of mastitis. Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group (5 rats) and test group (25 rats) at 72 h after delivery. The experimental group was randomly divided into 5 groups. The dose of LPS, was 10,20,30,40,50 渭 g / side by the fourth pair of nipple perfusion in each experimental group, and the control group was infused with the same amount of PBS.. 24 hours after perfusion, the clinical symptoms and histopathological changes of mammary glands were observed and recorded. The results showed that different degrees of inflammatory reaction could be observed in the fourth mammary gland of the rats of each experimental group, and there was a positive relationship between the inflammatory reaction and the dose of LPS. The results showed that the mastitis model of lactation-induced SD rats induced by LPS was successfully established.
