【摘要】：飼料科學匯集了動物營養(yǎng)學、飼料生產(chǎn)學、藥理學、食品科學、精細化工科學、和發(fā)酵科學(生物技術(shù))等學科,對畜牧業(yè)發(fā)展起到越來越重要的作用。本文就飼料研究所獲得國家自然科學基金NSFC資助的2007~2016十年間相關(guān)項目基本情況進行了總結(jié),歸納分析了飼料研究中出現(xiàn)的新特點和問題,以期為科研人員在動物營養(yǎng)與飼料科學等相關(guān)方面的基礎(chǔ)研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Feed science, which combines animal nutrition, feed production, pharmacology, food science, fine chemical science, and fermentation science (biotechnology), plays a more and more important role in the development of animal husbandry. In this paper, the basic situation of the relevant projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) during the decade of 2007 and 2016 was summarized, and the new characteristics and problems in feed research were summarized and analyzed. In order to provide reference for scientific researchers in animal nutrition and feed science and other related aspects of basic research.
