王不留行黃酮苷和葛根異黃酮對(duì)哺乳母豬泌乳性能及血清激素和抗氧化指標(biāo)的影響
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of flavonoid glycoside and kudzu isoflavones on lactation performance and serum hormone and antioxidant indexes in lactating sows. A 2 脳 2 two-factor randomized design was conducted. The main effects were as follows: flavonoid glycoside (0, 2 g/kg), isoflavones (0, 2.5 g/kg) and their interaction. 24 Landrace sows were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group (control group), kudzu isoflavones group (n = 6) and mixed group (n = 6), which were randomly divided into 4 groups (control group, kudzu isoflavone group and mixed group), which were divided into 4 groups: control group, kudzu isoflavone group and mixed group. The pre-trial period is 7 days, and the trial period is 21 d. The results showed that: 1) the average daily intake of sows in mixed group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05); Compared with the control group, the average daily gain of piglets in the mixed group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). The content of insulin-like growth factor I in the normal milk of each additive group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and there was significant difference among the three groups (P0.05). 2) the serum growth hormone of the mixed group on the 1st, 10th and 21st day. The contents of estrogen and prolactin on day 21 were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). 3) the activities of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in serum at day 10 and 21 were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). The content of MDA in serum on day 10 and 21 was significantly lower than that in control group (P0.05). The activity of total superoxide dismutase in serum of the mixed group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 1st, 10th and 21st day (P0.05). In conclusion, under the condition of this experiment, the content of prolactin and growth hormone in serum and the activity of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) were increased by adding flavonoid glycoside and puerarin isoflavones in sows, and the lactating performance of sows was improved by adding flavonoid glycoside and kudzu isoflavones. Serum hormone and antioxidant index were improved.
