【摘要】：溶解性和滲透性是影響藥物藥動學(xué)和藥效學(xué)的重要因素,是決定先導(dǎo)化合物能否開發(fā)成藥物的關(guān)鍵因素之一,如何提高藥物的溶解性和滲透性成為了新藥開發(fā)和老藥改造的重要內(nèi)容。本文闡述了6種制劑技術(shù)改善藥物溶解性和滲透性的原理、各種制劑技術(shù)的利弊以及制劑技術(shù)在提高藥物溶解性和滲透性方面面臨的挑戰(zhàn),同時對制劑技術(shù)在提高藥物溶解性和滲透性方面的發(fā)展方向和策略進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Solubility and permeability are important factors that affect the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of drugs, and are one of the key factors that determine whether the lead compounds can be developed into drugs. How to improve the solubility and permeability of drugs has become an important content of new drug development and old drug reform. In this paper, the principles of improving drug solubility and permeability by six preparation technologies, the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation technologies, and the challenges faced by preparation technologies in improving drug solubility and permeability are described. At the same time, the development direction and strategy of preparation technology in improving drug solubility and permeability are prospected.
