【摘要】：為了解云南地區(qū)新城疫流行現(xiàn)狀,于2011—2016年在云南部分地區(qū)開展了基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的新城疫流行病學(xué)調(diào)查。調(diào)查范圍涉及昆明、玉溪、大理、麗江、普洱和曲靖六市共48個(gè)采樣點(diǎn),共采集不同種類家禽棉拭子樣品2 565份。結(jié)果顯示:共分離到新城疫病毒52株,來源于17個(gè)活禽交易市場(chǎng),新城疫病毒個(gè)體陽(yáng)性率為2.03%,場(chǎng)點(diǎn)陽(yáng)性率為35.41%。52株新城疫病毒中17株為強(qiáng)毒株,來源于7個(gè)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng),新城疫強(qiáng)毒株個(gè)體陽(yáng)性率為0.66%,強(qiáng)毒株場(chǎng)點(diǎn)陽(yáng)性率為14.58%。遺傳演化分析表明:52株新城疫病毒可分為ClassⅠ和ClassⅡ兩類,其中ClassⅠ17株,均屬于基因3型;ClassⅡ共35株,可分為4種基因型,其中基因Ⅰ型2株,Ⅱ型16株,Ⅵ型13株,Ⅶ型4株。分析表明近年來云南地區(qū)流行的新城疫病毒具有多樣性,其中基因Ⅵ型主要在鴿群流行,而Ⅶb和Ⅶh亞型則主要在雞和鵝群中流行。值得關(guān)注的是在云南地區(qū)首次分離到2株Ⅶh新城疫病毒,而這種基因Ⅶh型的病毒一直在越南等東南亞地區(qū)呈地方流行。因此,在該地區(qū)應(yīng)該進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)主動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè),分析這種新傳入基因型新城疫病毒的分布,防止病原進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)散。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the epidemic situation of Newcastle disease in Yunnan, a risk-based epidemiological survey of Newcastle disease was carried out in some areas of Yunnan from 2011 to 2016. The survey covered 48 sampling sites in Kunming, Yuxi, Dali, Lijiang, Puer and Qujing, and 2 565 samples of cotton swabs from different kinds of poultry were collected. The results showed that 52 strains of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) were isolated from 17 live poultry markets. The positive rate of Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was 2.03% and the spot positive rate was 35.41%. From 7 agricultural markets, the positive rate of virulent strains of Newcastle disease was 0.66%, and the positive rate of strong virulent strains was 14.58%.
