艾蒿水提物對(duì)肉仔雞血清細(xì)胞因子含量及小腸誘導(dǎo)型一氧化氮合成酶mRNA表達(dá)量的影響
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different levels of water extract of Artemisia artemisia on serum cytokine content and the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (i NOS) mRNA) in small intestine of broilers. One hundred and twenty-two healthy 1-day-old Alba Yi plus (AA) broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicas in each group and 8 chickens in each group. The control group was fed with basic diet, the experimental group was fed with 500, 1 000, 2 000 mg/kg water extract of artemisia in the basal diet, and the experimental diet was fed with water extract of Artemisia artemisia. The experimental period is 42 d. The results showed that: 1) compared with the control group, at 21 days old, the serum interleukin-1 尾 (IL-1 尾) in the 2 000 mg/kg-treated group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) were significantly increased (P0.05). The levels of serum IL-4 and IL-2 in 500 mg/kg group and 1 000 mg/kg addition group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.01). At the age of 42 days, the content of serum IL-2 in the group supplemented with 500 mg/kg was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Compared with the control group, at the age of 21 days, the content of serum nitric oxide (NO) and I NOS activity in the group supplemented with 500 mg/kg and the activity of duodenum were significantly increased. There was no significant difference in the expression of i NOS mRNA between jejunum and ileum (P0.05). The content of serum NO and the expression of i NOS mRNA in ileum were significantly increased in the 1 000 mg/kg group (P0.05). The expression of i NOS mRNA in ileum of 2 000 mg/kg-treated group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 0.01). At the age of 42 days, the serum NO content, I NOS activity and i NOS mRNA expression in jejunum were significantly increased in 500, 1 000 and 2 000 mg/kg groups (P0.05 or P0.01). It can be seen that the addition of Artemisia artemisia water extract can promote the secretion of immune cytokines and the production of NO in broilers, which is related to the increase of i NOS mRNA expression.
