【摘要】：為比較分析不同殼色雷州黑鴨蛋蛋品質(zhì),試驗(yàn)選取21周齡雷州黑鴨所產(chǎn)的青殼和白殼商品蛋各30個(gè),測(cè)定蛋形指數(shù)、蛋殼顏色、蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋殼厚度、蛋重、蛋黃重、蛋黃顏色、哈夫單位,并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:青殼蛋蛋殼厚度、蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋重、蛋黃重、蛋白高度、哈夫單位的均值均高于白殼蛋,而蛋黃比色和蛋黃相對(duì)重的均值低于白殼蛋(P0.05);青殼和白殼蛋的蛋殼厚度和蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋黃重和蛋重、蛋黃相對(duì)重和蛋黃重、哈夫單位和蛋白高度均呈極顯著正相關(guān)(P0.01);而青殼蛋蛋黃相對(duì)重和蛋殼顏色、蛋白高度和蛋殼厚度呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);白殼蛋黃相對(duì)重和蛋殼厚度顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),蛋黃比色和蛋形指數(shù)、蛋白高度和蛋重、蛋白高度和蛋黃重顯著正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明:雷州黑鴨青殼蛋與白殼蛋的主要區(qū)別在于蛋殼顏色,蛋重、蛋形指數(shù)、蛋殼厚度、蛋殼強(qiáng)度是雷州黑鴨蛋用性能選育的重要指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:In order to compare and analyze the egg quality of Leizhou black duck with different shell colors, 30 green and 30 white shell commercial eggs produced by Leizhou black duck aged 21 weeks were selected. The egg shape index, eggshell color, eggshell strength, eggshell thickness, egg weight, yolk weight, egg shape index, egg shell color, egg shell strength, egg shell thickness, egg weight and yolk weight were measured. Yolk color, Hough unit, and analysis. Results: the average values of egg shell thickness, egg shell strength, egg weight, egg yolk weight, protein height and Hafu unit were higher than those of white shell egg, while the mean value of yolk colorimetric and relative weight of egg yolk was lower than that of white shell egg (P0.05). The egg shell thickness, egg shell strength, egg yolk weight and egg weight, egg yolk relative weight and egg yolk weight, Hafu unit and protein height of green shell and white shell were positively correlated with each other (P0.01). The relative weight of eggshell yolk was negatively correlated with eggshell color, protein height and eggshell thickness (P0.05). The relative weight of white shell egg yolk was negatively correlated with egg shell thickness (P0.05). Egg yolk colorimetric index, egg shape index, protein height and egg weight were positively correlated with egg yolk weight (P0.05). The results showed that the main differences between Leizhou black duck green shell egg and white shell egg were egg shell color, egg weight, egg shape index, egg shell thickness and egg shell strength, which were important indexes for breeding Leizhou black duck eggs.
