肉兔耐熱性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的初步研究

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究急性熱應(yīng)激初期血清生化指標(biāo)及與耐熱性能的關(guān)系,為篩選肉兔耐熱性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提供理論依據(jù)。選擇同期出生、體重相近的健康4月齡新西蘭兔55只,隨機(jī)分配在2個(gè)人工溫控室內(nèi),其中適溫對(duì)照組環(huán)境溫度為(21±1)℃(n=25),高溫?zé)釕?yīng)激試驗(yàn)組為(38±1)℃(n=30)。準(zhǔn)確記錄試驗(yàn)組中每只兔的耐熱時(shí)間,并在熱應(yīng)激起始0 h(HS0)和熱應(yīng)激8 h(HS8)時(shí)采集所有兔只的血液,測(cè)定并分析血清生化指標(biāo)及其變化(△HS)情況,并與耐熱時(shí)間進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果表明:熱應(yīng)激對(duì)血清葡萄糖(GLU)、甘油三酯(TG)、膽固醇(TC)、總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)、AST/ALT、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)及其變化值均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05),極顯著影響血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及其變化值(P0.01)。相關(guān)分析表明,HS0時(shí)的GLB及ALP與耐熱時(shí)間分別呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.362,P0.05)和顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.376,P0.05),SOD的△HS與耐熱時(shí)間呈顯著正相關(guān)(r=0.396,P0.05),而其他指標(biāo)或其變化值與耐熱時(shí)間的相關(guān)性不顯著(P0.05)。本研究推測(cè),GLB、ALP和SOD可能是重要的肉兔耐熱性評(píng)價(jià)候選指標(biāo)。
