【摘要】：犬類特別是寵物犬,其飲食與其他物種不盡相同,飲食不當會造成各種疾病,甚至危及生命。筆者首次報道了一例因長期進食貓糧引發(fā)胰腺炎的泰迪犬病例。臨床表現(xiàn)為腹痛、腹瀉、血便、單側(cè)眼角膜渾濁,常規(guī)診斷排除了常見傳染病和寄生蟲感染的可能性,最終確診為胰腺炎。實驗室檢測分析了血常規(guī)、電解質(zhì)和血液生化指標的變化,結(jié)果顯示患犬電解質(zhì)紊亂、凝血、肝臟及腎臟功能均有不同程度的變化及損傷。對癥和對因治療10 d后,痊愈出院�？梢娯埣Z因脂肪等成分含量高于犬糧,犬長期食用不利于健康,甚至造成嚴重后果,寵物犬切忌長期食用貓糧。
[Abstract]:Dogs, especially pet dogs, do not eat the same diet as other species. Improper diet can lead to various diseases and even life-threatening. A case of pancreatitis caused by long-term cat food consumption in a teddy dog was reported for the first time. The clinical manifestations were abdominal pain, diarrhea, hematuria, unilateral corneal opacity. Routine diagnosis ruled out the possibility of common infectious diseases and parasites infection, and finally diagnosed pancreatitis. The changes of blood routine, electrolyte and blood biochemical indexes were measured and analyzed in laboratory. The results showed that electrolyte disturbance, coagulation, liver and kidney function changes and injuries were observed in dogs. The patients were cured and discharged after 10 days of treatment. It can be seen that cat food because of fat and other ingredients higher than dog food, dog long-term consumption is not conducive to health, or even cause serious consequences, pet dogs should not eat cat food for a long time.
