低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧中蘇氨酸水平對(duì)離乳前期梅花鹿仔鹿生長(zhǎng)性能和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧中蘇氨酸水平對(duì)離乳前期梅花鹿仔鹿生長(zhǎng)性能和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率的影響。選擇24只健康無(wú)病的3月齡雄性梅花鹿,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組6只。4組仔鹿限量飼喂4種不同的飼糧,各組飼糧賴氨酸、蛋氨酸水平均分別為0.87%、0.28%。其中,高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組(Ⅰ組)仔鹿飼喂蛋白質(zhì)水平為16%的高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧,低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧試驗(yàn)組(Ⅱ~Ⅳ組)仔鹿飼喂蛋白質(zhì)水平為14%并添加不同水平蘇氨酸的低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧,各組飼糧中蘇氨酸水平分別為0.54%(Ⅰ組)、0.46%(Ⅱ組)、0.59%(Ⅲ組)、0.72%(Ⅳ組)。預(yù)試期為15 d,正試期為30 d。結(jié)果表明:1)高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組的平均日增重(ADG)極顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.01),與Ⅲ、Ⅳ組差異不顯著(P0.05);高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組的料重比(F/G)極顯著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ組(P0.01),極顯著低于Ⅱ組(P0.01)。2)高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組的粗蛋白質(zhì)表觀消化率極顯著低于Ⅲ和Ⅳ組(P0.01),極顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.01);高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組能量表觀消化率極顯著低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ組(P0.01),與Ⅱ組無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);Ⅲ組鈣表觀消化率極顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.01),與其他組差異不顯著(P0.05)。3)高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組的組氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、半胱氨酸表觀消化率顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.05),與Ⅱ組其他氨基酸表觀消化率無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05);高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組賴氨酸、蛋氨酸、蘇氨酸、精氨酸、丙氨酸、酪氨酸表觀消化率極顯著低于Ⅲ組(P0.01),纈氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、絲氨酸表觀消化率顯著低于Ⅲ組(P0.05);高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧對(duì)照組除丙氨酸的表觀消化率極顯著低于Ⅳ組(P0.01)以及賴氨酸、蘇氨酸、纈氨酸、丙氨酸表觀消化率顯著低于Ⅳ組(P0.05)外,其他氨基酸的表觀消化率與Ⅳ組無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。由此得出,低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧中適宜水平的蘇氨酸對(duì)離乳前期梅花鹿仔鹿的生長(zhǎng)性能和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)消化利用具有促進(jìn)作用;當(dāng)飼糧賴氨酸、蛋氨酸水平相同時(shí),飼喂蛋白質(zhì)水平為14%、蘇氨酸水平為0.59%的低蛋白質(zhì)飼糧的梅花鹿仔鹿的生長(zhǎng)性能和營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率均優(yōu)于飼喂蛋白質(zhì)水平為16%的高蛋白質(zhì)飼糧的梅花鹿仔鹿。
