【摘要】：以結(jié)實(shí)期醉馬芨芨草全株為原料,設(shè)置甲酸、山梨酸鉀、苯甲酸鈉、丙酸、丙酸鈉和對(duì)照6個(gè)處理,青貯60d,測(cè)定其有毒生物堿和營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分;應(yīng)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法以有毒生物堿及營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分含量8個(gè)指標(biāo)為依據(jù),綜合評(píng)價(jià)不同發(fā)酵抑制劑對(duì)醉馬芨芨草脫毒效果的影響。結(jié)果表明,在添加不同發(fā)酵抑制劑的同時(shí),對(duì)醉馬芨芨草進(jìn)行青貯,其麥角酰胺和麥角新堿含量均表現(xiàn)出一定程度的降低,降解率分別為2.10%~5.42%、39.35%~45.17%;而營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分中鈣含量降低最為明顯,降低范圍在21.15%~44.46%之間,干物質(zhì)含量次之,粗蛋白和粗脂肪變化較小。綜合評(píng)價(jià)得出,各處理脫毒效果由強(qiáng)到弱依次是W4W3W1CKW5W2,添加丙酸(W4)是降解毒性的較好方法,苯甲酸鈉(W3)次之。因此,在青貯脫毒醉馬芨芨草時(shí),推薦添加0.2%丙酸或0.1%苯甲酸鈉作為青貯添加劑。
[Abstract]:The toxic alkaloids and nutritional components of Achnatherum splendens during fruiting period were determined by six treatments of formic acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium propionate and control for 60 days. Based on 8 indexes of toxic alkaloids and nutritive components, the effects of different fermentation inhibitors on the detoxification of Achnatherum splendens were evaluated by grey correlation analysis. The results showed that when different fermentation inhibitors were added, the contents of ergozamide and ergoxin in the silage of Achnatherum splendens were decreased to some extent, and the degradation rates were 2.10% and 5.42%, respectively. 39.35 and 45.17; However, the calcium content in the nutrient component was the most obvious, and the decrease range was between 21.15% and 44.46%, followed by the dry matter content, and the change of crude protein and crude fat was small. Comprehensive evaluation showed that the detoxification effect of each treatment was W4W3W1CKW5W2, adding propionic acid (W4) was the better method of degradation toxicity, sodium benzoate (W3) was the second. Therefore, it is recommended that 0.2% propionic acid or 0.1% sodium benzoate be added as silage additive in the silage detoxification of Achnatherum splendens.
