促卵泡素和促黃體生成素對(duì)儋州雞生殖激素調(diào)控規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:為研究促卵泡素(FSH)和促黃體生成素(LH)對(duì)儋州雞體內(nèi)其他生殖激素的調(diào)控規(guī)律,本試驗(yàn)通過改變FSH和LH在儋州雞血液中的濃度,并采用雙抗體一步夾心法酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)對(duì)處理前后儋州雞血液中FSH、LH、催乳素(PRL)、孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)的濃度進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),注射外源性FSH和LH分別能提高儋州雞血液中FSH和LH濃度;當(dāng)儋州雞血液中FSH或LH濃度顯著升高時(shí)則均能引起PRL濃度顯著降低(P0.05),但當(dāng)FSH和LH濃度同時(shí)顯著升高時(shí),PRL濃度顯著升高(P0.05);當(dāng)儋州雞血液中FSH濃度顯著升高時(shí),E2及P濃度顯著提升(P0.05),且在高濃度LH的協(xié)同下提升幅度更大;當(dāng)儋州雞血液中LH濃度顯著升高時(shí)E2及P濃度升高但不顯著(P0.05)。本研究結(jié)果表明,儋州雞血液中FSH或LH濃度的提高均能降低PRL的濃度,并能不同程度的提升E2及P的濃度,但FSH與LH濃度同時(shí)提高則能通過協(xié)同作用刺激E2及P濃度的大幅提升,當(dāng)E2及P濃度過高時(shí)能通過刺激PRL的釋放,負(fù)反饋調(diào)節(jié)血液中FSH與LH,并恢復(fù)血液中E2及P濃度。
[Abstract]:In order to study the regulation of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) on other reproductive hormones in Danzhou chicken, the concentration of FSH and LH in the blood of Danzhou chicken was changed. The concentration of FSH,LH, prolactin (PRL), progesterone (P), estradiol (E2) in Danzhou chicken blood was determined by double antibody one step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment. The results showed that injection of exogenous FSH and LH could increase the concentration of FSH and LH in Danzhou chicken blood, respectively. When the concentration of FSH or LH in the blood of Danzhou chicken increased significantly, the concentration of PRL decreased significantly (P0.05), but when the concentration of FSH and LH increased significantly, the concentration of PRL increased significantly (P0.05). When the concentration of FSH in blood of Danzhou chicken increased significantly, the concentration of E _ 2 and P increased significantly (P0.05), and the increase of E _ 2 and P was greater under the coordination of high concentration of LH. When the concentration of LH in blood of Danzhou chicken increased significantly, the concentration of E2 and P increased but not significantly (P0.05). The results showed that the increase of FSH or LH in blood of Danzhou chicken could decrease the concentration of PRL and increase the concentration of E2 and P in different degree. However, increasing the concentration of FSH and LH at the same time could stimulate the increase of E _ 2 and P concentration through synergistic effect. When the concentration of E _ 2 and P was too high, it could stimulate the release of PRL, regulate FSH and LH, in blood and restore the E _ 2 and P concentrations in blood by negative feedback.
