【摘要】：蛋雞棲架系統(tǒng)是一種用于提高蛋雞福利水平的新型立體散養(yǎng)系統(tǒng),其中系統(tǒng)中棲架設(shè)置的位置、數(shù)量及棲桿尺寸是否符合蛋雞需求,仍需要進(jìn)一步觀察。研究中發(fā)現(xiàn),目前還沒有好的實(shí)時(shí)統(tǒng)計(jì)棲桿上蛋雞數(shù)量的方法,而常用的人工統(tǒng)計(jì)不僅效率低,而且易造成蛋雞應(yīng)激。為此,該文基于實(shí)時(shí)采集蛋雞在飼養(yǎng)過程中上棲架的頻次、所處位置等數(shù)據(jù)的需求,利用LabVIEW平臺(tái)開發(fā)了一套蛋雞棲架分布實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。針對該系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)校準(zhǔn)原理與方法、棲桿分布數(shù)據(jù)采集與分析等問題進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。結(jié)果表明:系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,系統(tǒng)提供的蛋雞分布數(shù)據(jù)與人工識(shí)別現(xiàn)場蛋雞分布的數(shù)據(jù)相比,平均準(zhǔn)確率為99%,可為新型棲架離地立體散養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的蛋雞棲架布置形式、棲架優(yōu)化等提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
[Abstract]:Laying hens perch system is a new type of stereoscopic free-range system used to improve the welfare of laying hens. It is necessary to further observe whether the position, quantity and size of perch in the system can meet the requirements of laying hens. It is found that there is no good method to count the number of layers on the perch in real time, and the commonly used artificial statistics are not only inefficient, but also easy to cause laying hens stress. Therefore, a real-time monitoring system of laying hens' perch distribution was developed by using LabVIEW platform, based on the demand of collecting the frequency and position of the upper perch in the process of laying hens. The design of the system platform, the principle and method of system calibration, and the data acquisition and analysis of the perch distribution are studied in this paper. The results showed that the distribution data of laying hens provided by the system was stable, and the average accuracy was 99% compared with the data of artificial identification of laying hens distribution, which could be used as the layout form of laying hens in the design of a new type of perch off-ground stereoscopic free-range system. Provide data support for perch optimization.
