雜交組合對(duì)肉牛育肥效果的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究雜交組合對(duì)肉牛育肥效果的影響。采用單因素分組試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),選取體重和年齡相近、生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育正常的西門塔爾牛×科爾沁牛(西科,A組)、夏洛萊!量茽柷吲(夏科,B組)及科爾沁牛(C組)各10頭公牛,正試期95d后,測(cè)定其體重,屠宰、肉品質(zhì)等指標(biāo),并核算經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。結(jié)果顯示,雜交對(duì)采食量無顯著影響(P0.05),但雜交組牛料重比、肌肉脂肪含量顯著低于科爾沁牛(P0.05),雜交組牛的胴體重、凈肉重、胴體率及前腿、腹肉、脊肉和后腿重量均顯著高于科爾沁牛(P0.05),各組之間16種氨基酸含量差異不顯著(P0.05),西科、夏科雜交牛及科爾沁牛之間棕櫚油酸、硬脂酸、亞油酸含量存在差異。結(jié)果表明,在本試驗(yàn)條件下,雜交組牛育肥效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好于科爾沁牛,但科爾沁牛的脂肪和不飽和脂肪酸含量高于雜交組合牛;雜交組合對(duì)肉牛的綜合育肥效果更好。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of cross combination on fattening effect of beef cattle. The single factor grouping design was used to select Simmental 脳 Horqin cattle with similar body weight and age and normal growth and development (Xicaceae, Group A), Charolais cattle 脳 Horqin cattle (Characeae), and Simmental cattle 脳 Horqin cattle (Group A) with normal growth and development. Group B (n = 10) and Horqin (group C) (n = 10) were tested for body weight, slaughtering, meat quality and economic benefit after 95 days of trial. The results showed that cross had no significant effect on feed intake (P0.05), but the content of muscle fat in crossbred group was significantly lower than that in Horqin cattle (P0.05). The carcass weight, net meat weight, carcass rate, foreleg and abdominal meat of crossbred cattle were significantly lower than those of Horqin cattle (P0.05). The weight of ridge meat and hind leg was significantly higher than that of Horqin cattle (P0.05), and there was no significant difference in 16 kinds of amino acids among the groups (P0.05), palmitic oil acid, stearic acid, palmitic oil acid and stearic acid were found between Xicaceae, summer crossbred cattle and Horqin cattle. The content of linoleic acid is different. The results showed that the fattening effect and economic benefit of crossbred cattle were better than that of Horqin cattle, but the content of fat and unsaturated fatty acids of Horqin cattle was higher than that of hybrid cattle, and the crossbred group had better comprehensive fattening effect on beef cattle.
