一只半野生病死川金絲猴腸道微生物多樣性分析

【摘要】:對神農架保護區(qū)大龍?zhí)侗Wo站1只半野生病死川金絲猴的不同部位的腸道內容物進行了微生物多樣性研究。在無菌條件下取十二指腸段、小腸段、盲腸段及大腸段4個部位的腸內容物,提取微生物基因組DNA,應用高通量測序技術,對細菌和真菌多樣性進行了詳細的分析,比較了不同部位腸道的細菌和真菌的豐度、分布、多樣性及變化趨勢等。發(fā)現該川金絲猴腸道細菌主要分屬于厚壁菌門(Firmicutes)、疣微菌門(Verrucomicrobia)、變形菌門(Proteobacteria)、梭桿菌門(Fusobacteria)、放線菌門(Actinobacteria)、擬桿菌門(Bacteroidetes)和Synergistetes 7個門,真菌主要分屬于子囊菌門(Ascomycota)、擔子菌門(Basidiomycota)、接合菌門(Zygomycota)以及未分類真菌(Fungi_unclassified)。細菌豐度最高的是盲腸段,細菌多樣性最高的是大腸段,真菌豐度最高的是小腸段,真菌多樣性最高的是大腸段。
[Abstract]:The microbial diversity of intestinal contents in different parts of a semi-wild dead Monkey was studied in Dalong Lake Protection Station of Shennongjia Reserve. The microbial genomic DNA, was extracted from the intestinal contents of duodenum, small intestine, cecum and large intestine in aseptic condition. The diversity of bacteria and fungi was analyzed in detail by high-throughput sequencing technique. The abundance, distribution, diversity and change trend of bacteria and fungi in different parts of intestine were compared. It was found that the intestinal bacteria of the golden monkey mainly belong to 7 phylum of (Actinobacteria), (Bacteroidetes) and Synergistetes, which belong to the phylum of (Firmicutes), (Verrucomicrobia), (Proteobacteria), (Fusobacteria), actinomycetes, and Synergistetes, respectively. Fungi mainly belong to (Basidiomycota), conjugate (Zygomycota) and unclassified fungi (Fungi_unclassified) of ascomycetes (Ascomycota), basidiomycetes. The highest bacterial abundance was in the cecum segment, the highest in bacterial diversity was in the large intestine segment, the highest in the fungal abundance was in the small intestine segment, and the highest in the fungal diversity was in the large intestine segment.
