利用益生菌和酶制劑提高水稻和小麥秸稈營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)利用率的研究

【摘要】:為探討益生菌和酶制劑對秸稈利用率的影響,本試驗以水稻秸稈和小麥秸稈為粗飼料原料,采用添加菌酶復(fù)合制劑將秸稈進行發(fā)酵后制作混合日糧及在混合日糧中直接加入復(fù)合酶制劑兩種生物處理方式進行肉羊飼喂試驗,旨在為水稻和小麥秸稈的有效利用提供理論依據(jù)。本試驗分兩部分進行,具體內(nèi)容如下:試驗一:本試驗研究益生菌與酶混合制劑及復(fù)合酶制劑處理的水稻秸稈,對肉用綿羊生長性能、養(yǎng)分消化率、屠宰性能及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,目的是為了探索出高效的生物制劑處理方法。采用單因素試驗設(shè)計,選取體重為(24.00±2.42)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊雜交F1代公羔羊80只,隨機分為4個組,分別采取不同的飼喂處理,每個處理5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)4只?瞻讓φ战M(干水稻秸稈)、處理組Ⅰ(水稻秸稈添加菌酶復(fù)合制劑)、處理組Ⅱ(干水稻秸稈添加復(fù)合酶制劑)、羊草對照組,8天預(yù)飼期,60天正試期。結(jié)果表明:處理組Ⅰ、Ⅱ與羊草對照組試驗羊干物質(zhì)采食量、平均日增重和飼料轉(zhuǎn)化效率均顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),處理組Ⅰ、Ⅱ與羊草對照組三組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);處理組Ⅰ試驗羊干物質(zhì)(Dry Matter,DM)、有機物(Organic Matter,OM)、中性洗滌纖維(Neutral Detergent Fibre,NDF)和酸性洗滌物質(zhì)(Acid Detergent Fiber,ADF)的消化率顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),除NDF消化率外,其他指標(biāo)均與羊草對照組差異不顯著(P0.05),處理組Ⅱ試驗羊DM、NDF和ADF的消化率顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),但與羊草對照組之間差異不顯著(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ處理組組間差異不顯著(P0.05);不同處理組屠宰率無顯著差異(P0.05);頭、蹄和皮+毛重量4個組組間無顯著性差異(P0.05);消化器官中,空白對照組肝臟和瘤胃重量均顯著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ處理組(P0.05),剩余組織器官、胃室、小腸和大腸重量和占宰前活重的比例各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);試驗羊血清生化指標(biāo)各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。因此,合理的菌酶配伍對水稻秸稈有顯著的改善作用,可以提高水稻秸稈營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化率,接近羊草的飼喂效果;酶制劑的合理組合有利于促進營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化利用,效果達到或超過羊草水平。試驗二:本試驗旨在研究益生菌與酶混合制劑和復(fù)合酶制劑處理的小麥秸稈,對肉用綿羊生長性能、養(yǎng)分消化率、屠宰性能及血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,旨在探索有效的生物制劑處理方法。采用單因素試驗設(shè)計,選取體重為(24.00±2.42)kg的杜泊×小尾寒羊雜交F1代公羔羊80只,隨機分為4個組分別進行不同的飼喂處理,每個處理5個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)4只?瞻讓φ战M(干小麥秸稈)、處理組Ⅰ(小麥秸稈添加菌酶復(fù)合制劑)、處理組Ⅱ(干小麥秸稈添加復(fù)合酶制劑)、羊草對照組,預(yù)飼期8天,正試期為60天。結(jié)果表明:處理組Ⅰ、Ⅱ與羊草對照組試驗羊平均日增重和料重比均顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ處理組與羊草對照組組間差異不顯著(P0.05);DM和OM的消化率處理組與對照組各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05),處理組Ⅰ試驗羊NDF的消化率顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),但與羊草對照組相比差異不顯著(P0.05),處理組Ⅱ試驗羊NDF的消化率與兩組對照組相比差異均不顯著(P0.05),處理組Ⅰ和羊草對照組ADF的消化率顯著高于空白對照組(P0.05),處理組ⅡADF的消化率與空白對照組相比差異不顯著(P0.05);不同處理組屠宰率無顯著差異(P0.05);頭、蹄和皮+毛重量4個組組間無顯著差異(P0.05);消化器官中,空白對照組肝臟的重量顯著低于試驗組(P0.05),剩余組織器官、胃室、小腸和大腸重量和占宰前活重的比例各組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);試驗羊血清生化指標(biāo)四組之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。因此,合理的菌酶配伍對小麥秸稈有顯著的改善作用,可以提高小麥秸稈營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化率,接近羊草的飼喂效果;酶制劑的合理組合有利于促進營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化利用,效果達到或超過羊草水平。綜上所述,水稻和小麥秸稈經(jīng)過兩種生物制劑處理后,均顯著改善了秸稈的發(fā)酵品質(zhì),提高了試驗羊的生長性能與其對秸稈營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化率,對血清生化指標(biāo)沒有產(chǎn)生不良影響,飼喂效果達到或者超過羊草水平,可以替代羊草。
