【摘要】：幼齡反芻動物是成年牛羊的后備力量,其培育的優(yōu)劣直接影響到成年后的生產(chǎn)性能,并與畜產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)及安全息息相關(guān)。本文從幼齡反芻動物的機(jī)體生長、物質(zhì)消化代謝、瘤胃的發(fā)育及微生物區(qū)系的建立及表觀遺傳學(xué)在幼畜早期培育的探索等方面進(jìn)行綜述,系統(tǒng)介紹犢牛、羔羊的生長發(fā)育規(guī)律、生理營養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)以及早期培育與基因表達(dá)的關(guān)系,為幼畜健康培育提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Young ruminant is the reserve force of adult cattle and sheep. Its cultivation directly affects the production performance of adults and is closely related to the quality and safety of livestock products. In this paper, the growth, digestibility and metabolism of young ruminants, the development of rumen, the establishment of microflora and the exploration of epigenetics in the early breeding of young animals were reviewed, and the rules of growth and development of calves and lambs were systematically introduced. The characteristics of physiological nutrition and the relationship between early cultivation and gene expression provide theoretical support for the healthy breeding of young animals.
