【摘要】：野生動物是重要的森林資源,促進野生動物野外資源利用向人工繁育資源利用轉(zhuǎn)變,不僅能夠積極適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展對野生動物資源的利用需求,而且能夠有效緩解野生動物野外資源保護的壓力。梅花鹿是國家Ⅰ級保護動物,目前野生梅花鹿種群數(shù)量稀少,而人工馴養(yǎng)繁殖技術(shù)成熟。本研究以雙陽型梅花鹿為研究對象,對梅花鹿馴養(yǎng)繁殖進行了成本效益分析和敏感性分析,對未來發(fā)展預(yù)期進行了分析討論。結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)前條件下梅花鹿繁育是盈利的,且馴養(yǎng)公鹿經(jīng)濟效益受鹿茸價格、鹿茸產(chǎn)量和飼料成本等影響較大,而馴養(yǎng)母鹿受飼料成本、仔鹿價格的影響較大。當(dāng)前,梅花鹿產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨著社會需求增加、馴養(yǎng)繁殖技術(shù)成熟、政策扶持等有利條件,但也面臨著國際鹿業(yè)市場競爭、馴養(yǎng)繁殖成本增加、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展盲目無序、政策壁壘等挑戰(zhàn)。針對研究結(jié)論,提出了完善行業(yè)組織和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、建立現(xiàn)代繁育體系、加大梅花鹿產(chǎn)品技術(shù)開發(fā)、調(diào)整政策等建議。
[Abstract]:Wildlife is an important forest resource. To promote the utilization of wild animal resources to artificial breeding resources, it can not only actively adapt to the economic and social development of wildlife resources utilization needs. Moreover, it can effectively relieve the pressure of wild animal resources protection. Sika deer is a national class I protected animal. At present, the population of wild sika deer is rare, and the artificial domestication and reproduction technology is mature. In this study, Shuangyang sika deer was used as the research object. The cost-benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis of domestication and reproduction of sika deer were carried out, and the expectation of future development was analyzed and discussed. The results showed that sika deer breeding was profitable under current conditions, and the economic benefits of domesticated male deer were greatly affected by deer antler price, velvet antler yield and feed cost, while domesticated female deer were influenced by feed cost and the price of young deer was greatly affected. At present, sika deer industry is faced with increasing social demand, mature domestication and breeding technology, policy support and other favorable conditions, but also facing the international deer industry market competition, domesticated breeding costs increased, industry development blind disorder, policy barriers and other challenges. In view of the conclusion of the study, some suggestions were put forward, such as perfecting the trade organization and industry standard, establishing modern breeding system, increasing the technology development of sika deer products, adjusting policy and so on.
