脂肪對(duì)動(dòng)物免疫功能作用的研究

【摘要】:脂肪是動(dòng)物體內(nèi)至關(guān)重要的營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì),在動(dòng)物生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育過程中發(fā)揮著重要作用。近年來,許多科研工作者對(duì)脂肪酸進(jìn)行了深入的研究,并探討了脂肪酸與免疫間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),多不飽和脂肪酸能增強(qiáng)免疫應(yīng)答反應(yīng),有助于動(dòng)物抵抗免疫性疾病。因此,越來越多的人開始重視多不飽和脂肪酸對(duì)免疫功能的影響,并運(yùn)用大量試驗(yàn)來揭示脂肪酸與機(jī)體免疫系統(tǒng)之間的關(guān)系。本文綜述了脂肪酸的種類,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了脂肪以及多不飽和脂肪酸對(duì)動(dòng)物體免疫功能的影響。
[Abstract]:Fat is a vital nutrient in animals and plays an important role in the growth and development of animals. In recent years, many researchers have carried out in-depth research on fatty acids and discussed the relationship between fatty acids and immunity. It has been found that polyunsaturated fatty acids can enhance immune response and help animals resist immune diseases. Therefore, more and more people begin to pay attention to the effect of polyunsaturated fatty acids on immune function, and use a large number of experiments to reveal the relationship between fatty acids and immune system. In this paper, the types of fatty acids are reviewed, and the effects of fat and polyunsaturated fatty acids on immune function of animals are summarized.
