復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑對肉雞免疫器官指數(shù)和血清免疫指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在探討復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑不同添加水平對肉雞免疫器官指數(shù)和血清免疫指標(biāo)的影響,以期為復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑在肉雞養(yǎng)殖中的推廣應(yīng)用提供參考。將120只健康A(chǔ)A+白羽肉雞隨機(jī)分成4組,對照組、Ⅰ組、Ⅱ組、Ⅲ組分別在基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加0、0.5、1.0、2.0 g/kg的復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑,試驗(yàn)期為28 d。結(jié)果顯示,Ⅰ組的新城疫(ND)抗體效價(jià)顯著高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅱ組的胸腺指數(shù)、法氏囊指數(shù)、ND抗體效價(jià)、Ig A含量、Ig G含量均顯著高于對照組(P0.05),Ⅲ組的胸腺指數(shù)、法氏囊指數(shù)、ND抗體效價(jià)、Ig A含量、Ig G含量、Ig M含量均顯著高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,復(fù)合微生態(tài)制劑能夠顯著改善肉仔雞的免疫器官指數(shù)和血清免疫指標(biāo),提高免疫功能,以1.0 g/kg作為臨床應(yīng)用的最適添加劑量。
