日糧中添加苜蓿黃酮對奶牛血液生化指標、抗氧化性能和免疫的影響

【摘要】:為研究苜蓿黃酮對奶牛血液生化指標、抗氧化性能和免疫的影響,選取4頭裝有瘺管的頭胎荷斯坦奶牛,試驗采用4×4拉丁方設計,每組奶牛飼喂混合日糧中分別添加0g(Ⅰ組)、20g(Ⅱ組)、60g(Ⅲ組)和100g(Ⅳ組)的苜蓿黃酮。試驗期為4期,每期24d。結(jié)果顯示:1)血清的總蛋白含量隨苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高呈二次曲線變化,出現(xiàn)先下降后升高(P0.05)趨勢,但其他指標沒有影響;2)苜蓿黃酮組血液中的血小板數(shù)量(P0.05)和血小板壓積(0.05P≤0.10)均高于對照組,但隨著苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高而下降;中性粒細胞比例隨苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高呈線性升高(P0.05),而淋巴細胞比例則呈降低的趨勢(0.05P≤0.10);3)谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性隨苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高呈線性升高(P≤0.05),而丙二醛(MDA)含量則呈現(xiàn)降低的趨勢(0.05P≤0.10),過氧化氫酶(CAT)活性隨苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高呈先升高后降低(P0.05);4)血清中IgG含量(0.05P≤0.10)和淋巴細胞Fas基因相對表達(P0.05)隨著苜蓿黃酮添加劑量的升高呈先升高后下降的趨勢。以上結(jié)果表明,苜蓿黃酮能夠提高機體的抗氧化性能和調(diào)節(jié)機體免疫。
