【摘要】：試驗(yàn)旨在研究日糧添加中藥組方對(duì)肉雞腸道形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)和消化酶活性的影響,800只1日齡健康A(chǔ)A肉仔雞隨機(jī)分為4組,分別為添加0.25%、0.50%、1.00%中藥組方的試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組設(shè)4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)50只。以玉米-豆粕型飼糧為基礎(chǔ)日糧,預(yù)飼期7 d,試驗(yàn)期42 d。分別在21、42日齡進(jìn)行腸道形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)和消化酶活性的測(cè)定。結(jié)果顯示:飼糧中添加中藥組方,可增加肉雞十二指腸和空腸的絨毛高度,降低隱窩深度,各段腸道的胰蛋白酶活力與對(duì)照組相比均有不同程度的提高,十二指腸的淀粉酶活力和脂肪酶活力也均高于對(duì)照組。提示在肉雞日糧中添加0.50%的中藥組方,可以增加小腸絨毛高度,降低隱窩深度,提高小腸內(nèi)源酶的活性,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的消化和吸收。
[Abstract]:The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of dietary Chinese herbal prescription on intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity of broilers. 800 1-day-old healthy AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were supplemented with 0.25 and 0.50 respectively. 1.00% of the experimental group and the control group were divided into 4 replicates and 50 replicates in each group. On the basis of corn-soybean meal diet, the prefeeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 42 days. The intestinal morphology and digestive enzyme activity were measured at the age of 21 ~ 42 days. The results showed that the addition of traditional Chinese medicine to diet could increase the villus height of duodenum and jejunum and decrease the depth of crypt in broilers. The trypsin activity in each section of intestine was increased in different degree compared with the control group. Amylase activity and lipase activity in duodenum were also higher than those in control group. It was suggested that adding 0.50% traditional Chinese medicine to broiler diet could increase villus height, decrease crypt depth, increase intestinal endogenous enzyme activity, and promote digestion and absorption of nutrients.
