不同光照節(jié)律對(duì)AA肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、胴體性能和福利的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)以愛拔益加(AA)肉雞為對(duì)象,旨在研究不同光照節(jié)律對(duì)白羽肉雞生產(chǎn)性能、胴體性能和福利的影響。選用480只1日齡AA肉雞,隨機(jī)分成4組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),網(wǎng)上平養(yǎng)。4個(gè)處理組從第二周分別采用4種光照節(jié)律,即連續(xù)光照(23L∶1D)、模擬自然光照(16L∶8D)、模擬自然+夜間補(bǔ)光2h光照(16L+2L∶6D)和變程光照(光照時(shí)間隨日齡先減少后增加)。光照強(qiáng)度為5lx。結(jié)果顯示,4組平均體增重?zé)o顯著差異(P0.05);連續(xù)光照在各階段料重比高于其他三組(1~3周:P=0.01,4~6周:P=0.0004)。連續(xù)光照在4~6周和1~6周齡階段的死亡率高于其他三組(P=0.01,P=0.004)。變程光照和模擬自然+夜間補(bǔ)光2h光照的胸肌重和胸肌率高于其他兩組(P=0.01,P=0.0001)。模擬自然+夜間補(bǔ)光2h光照的腹脂重和腹脂率最低(P=0.03,P=0.0001)。四種光照節(jié)律在屠體重、屠宰率和全凈膛重、全凈膛率上無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。連續(xù)光照組步態(tài)評(píng)分值≤1的個(gè)體比例最小,腿部健康最差。這些結(jié)果說(shuō)明,在AA肉雞生產(chǎn)中可以考慮采用模擬自然+夜間補(bǔ)光2h光照代替連續(xù)光照,以提高胴體質(zhì)量和動(dòng)物福利,同時(shí)降低能耗。
[Abstract]:The effects of different light rhythms on the performance, carcass performance and welfare of white feather broilers were studied. Four hundred and eighty 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group with 4 repeats, which were cultured on the net. From the second week, the four treatment groups were treated with four light rhythms, i.e. continuous illumination (23L:1D), and simulated natural light (16L:8D). Simulated natural night light supplementation for 2 h (16L 2L:6D) and variable program illumination (light time decreased first with the age of the day and then increased). The light intensity is 5lx. The results showed that there was no significant difference in average body weight gain among the four groups (P0.05), and the ratio of feed to weight in each stage of continuous illumination was higher than that in the other three groups (1 ~ 3 weeks: P ~ (0.01) 1 ~ 4 ~ 4 ~ 6 weeks: P ~ (0.0004). The mortality rate of continuous illumination at the age of 4 weeks and 1 week was higher than that of the other three groups (P0. 01 and P0. 004). The weight of pectoralis muscle and the rate of pectoralis muscle in the two groups were higher than those in the other two groups (P0. 01 and P0. 0001). The weight of abdominal fat and the rate of abdominal fat were the lowest (P0. 03 and P0. 0001). There were no significant differences among the four light rhythms (P0.05) in body weight, slaughter rate, weight of whole bore, and total rate of evisceration (P0.05).
