粉碎機(jī)篩網(wǎng)破損線陣掃描自動識別系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:根據(jù)粉碎物料顆粒特征,構(gòu)建一種基于線陣光學(xué)圖像采集技術(shù)與皮帶同步傳送技術(shù)相結(jié)合的動態(tài)掃描檢測裝置和基于虛擬儀器開發(fā)平臺LabVIEW的粉碎機(jī)篩網(wǎng)破損識別系統(tǒng)。以玉米和小麥2種谷物原料為試驗(yàn)樣本,在篩網(wǎng)孔徑分別為2、4、6mm條件下,以顆粒平均面積為判別指標(biāo),粉碎玉米和小麥的篩網(wǎng)破損平均識別率分別為91.25%、82.50%、96.25%和93.75%、86.25%、78.75%;以顆粒面積變異系數(shù)為判別指標(biāo),粉碎玉米和小麥的篩網(wǎng)破損平均識別率分別為93.75%、98.75%、97.50%和93.75%、87.50%、96.25%。結(jié)果表明,以面積變異系數(shù)作為判定篩網(wǎng)破損的判別指標(biāo)的識別效果優(yōu)于平均面積的識別效果,所構(gòu)建的自動識別系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對粉碎機(jī)破損篩網(wǎng)的實(shí)時自動識別。
[Abstract]:According to the particle characteristics of comminuted materials, a dynamic scanning detection device based on linear optical image acquisition technology and belt synchronous transmission technology and a grinding machine screen damage identification system based on virtual instrument development platform (LabVIEW) are constructed. Two kinds of corn and wheat were used as experimental samples, under the condition that the diameter of screen mesh was 2 ~ 4 ~ 6 mm, and the average area of grain was taken as the discriminant index, the average recognition rate of broken screen of corn and wheat was 91.2525 and 82.50, respectively. 96.25% and 93.75%, 86.25% and 78.75%; With the coefficient of variation of grain area as the discriminant index, the average recognition rate of broken screen of crushed corn and wheat was 93.75% and 87.50% and 96.25%, respectively. The results show that the recognition effect of the area variation coefficient is better than that of the average area, and the automatic recognition system can realize the real-time automatic recognition of the broken screen of the pulverizer.
