【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧中添加籽粒莧青貯和干草對(duì)泌乳奶牛瘤胃發(fā)酵、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率、血液指標(biāo)和生產(chǎn)性能的影響。選取產(chǎn)奶量、胎次和泌乳天數(shù)等相近的健康荷斯坦奶牛45頭,隨機(jī)分成3組,每組15頭牛。對(duì)照組粗飼料包括全株玉米青貯、羊草和苜蓿干草,試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組粗飼料使用籽粒莧青貯替代30%玉米青貯,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組粗飼料使用籽粒莧干草替代30%苜蓿干草。3組飼糧營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平接近。預(yù)試期10 d,正試期60 d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)Ⅰ組能顯著提高粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)表觀消化率、瘤胃液氨態(tài)氮(NH_3-N)和血液總氨基酸(T-AA)的含量(P0.05),對(duì)其他營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率、血液指標(biāo)和乳成分影響不顯著(P0.05)。2)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)Ⅱ組的血液T-AA含量顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),對(duì)其他血液指標(biāo)、瘤胃發(fā)酵指標(biāo)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀消化率和乳成分均無(wú)顯著影響(P0.05)。綜上所述,飼糧中添加適量的籽粒莧不會(huì)影響奶牛的生產(chǎn)性能,同時(shí)會(huì)提高牧場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of grain amaranth silage and hay on rumen fermentation, apparent digestibility of nutrients, blood index and production performance of lactating cows. A total of 45 healthy Holstein cows with similar milk yield, birth number and lactation days were randomly divided into 3 groups with 15 cows in each group. The forage of the control group consisted of whole corn silage, Leymus chinensis and alfalfa hay. In group I, seed amaranth silage was used instead of 30% corn silage.
