寧夏地區(qū)奶牛乳房炎源沙門氏菌的分離鑒定與耐藥性研究
[Abstract]:Mastitis is one of the most common diseases in dairy cattle breeding. It not only has a great influence on milk yield and milk quality of sick cows, but also seriously affects the time of postpartum estrus and pregnancy time of dairy cows, and also endangers human health. In this study, milk samples were collected from clinical and recessive mastitis cows in Ningxia area to isolate the suspected Salmonella strains, and the isolation and biochemical identification of Salmonella from dairy mastitis were carried out. Establishment and application of PCR detection method for related genes; Identification and analysis of serotypes of salmonella from mastitis in dairy cattle; drug resistance test of salmonella from mastitis in dairy cattle. 1. Isolation of Salmonella from Bovine mastitis, biochemical Identification Test, Establishment and Application of PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) method for Detection of related genes: isolation and Identification of Salmonella by traditional methods, A total of 12 suspected isolates were obtained. According to relevant reports, five kinds of primers hns,invA, hilA,hut,sms, were designed to establish PCR method to amplify and confirm DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) of Salmonella mastitis. Finally, this method was used to identify 12 suspected strains of salmonella from cow mastitis collected in this experiment, 12 of which were salmonella. Identification and analysis of serotypes of Salmonella mastitis in dairy cattle: 12 strains of Salmonella mastitis were serologically identified by O antigen. The results showed that the dominant serotypes of 12 strains of salmonella from mastitis of dairy cattle were 04 (66.7%), 04 (66.7%), 09 (33.3%), respectively. Drug Resistance Test of Salmonella from mastitis in Dairy cows. The drug resistance of 12 strains of Salmonella from mastitis of dairy cattle was tested and many strains of salmonella were found to have multiple drug resistance. More than 50% of drug resistance was found in seven NAL (), AMP (nalididinate, ampicillin,), CFI (, cefazolin,), STR (, streptomycin,), TET (, tetracycline,), DC (, doxycycline,), AZI (, azithromycin). NOR (norfloxacin), CRO (ceftriaxone sodium), CTX (cefotaxime), AKN (butyrate) accounted for 33.3% of the antibiotics used in this experiment. There were significant differences in antibiotic resistance among different strains of bacteria.
