【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著河南省強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng)政策的穩(wěn)步實(shí)施,畜牧業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出良好發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,行業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式發(fā)生積極改變,規(guī)�；�、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)化步伐加快,畜牧業(yè)已成為農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)最具活力的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)和最主要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),也是農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的主要來(lái)源之一。河南省蛋用鵪鶉行業(yè)發(fā)展前景良好,逐漸形成以焦作、新鄉(xiāng)、洛陽(yáng)、漯河等為代表的蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集區(qū)和養(yǎng)殖小區(qū),規(guī)�；瘍�(yōu)勢(shì)日趨顯現(xiàn),區(qū)域化效益不斷發(fā)展,已成為地區(qū)乃至全省畜牧業(yè)的重要支柱。本文通過(guò)查閱與鵪鶉行業(yè)發(fā)展有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,咨詢行業(yè)主管部門,深入部分科研機(jī)構(gòu)、鵪鶉養(yǎng)殖企業(yè)和專業(yè)戶調(diào)查鵪鶉養(yǎng)殖行情與生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,調(diào)查農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)和超市,了解河南省蛋用鵪鶉生產(chǎn)、企業(yè)管理、科研、育種及養(yǎng)殖現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而從對(duì)河南省乃至全國(guó)眾多的調(diào)研資料的整理和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析入手,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,利用比較、分析和歸納演繹的方法較為系統(tǒng)全面地對(duì)河南省蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展環(huán)境與機(jī)遇、發(fā)展問(wèn)題及瓶頸做出分析,提出了河南省蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)策和方向。河南蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)存在以下主要問(wèn)題:一是資金投入不足,產(chǎn)業(yè)融資困難,發(fā)展規(guī)模差,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益不明顯;二是品種繁育體系不健全,良種退化嚴(yán)重;三是規(guī)范化飼養(yǎng)管理水平和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)建設(shè)水平不高,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)欠缺;四是缺乏完整的產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)體系,政策扶持力度不夠,產(chǎn)業(yè)人才匱乏,創(chuàng)新能力不高;五是產(chǎn)業(yè)體系結(jié)構(gòu)不夠完整,區(qū)域化程度較低,養(yǎng)殖效益不高。這些問(wèn)題造成了行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展水平低、效益差,成為制約河南省蛋用鵪鶉行業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的瓶頸。河南蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策是:一是建立完善的產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,推進(jìn)區(qū)域化發(fā)展;二是加強(qiáng)良種繁育水平,提高蛋鶉生產(chǎn)性能;三是加大政策扶持力度,完善服務(wù)體系;四是提高生產(chǎn)管理技術(shù)水平,科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化飼養(yǎng),推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)建設(shè);五是加大生產(chǎn)研發(fā)資金投入,建立完善融資渠道。河南蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)今后的發(fā)展方向是:結(jié)合目前蛋用鵪鶉生產(chǎn)管理水平、良種繁育能力、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀、行業(yè)發(fā)展水平和市場(chǎng)需求前景,加強(qiáng)鵪鶉關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的研究,保持優(yōu)良品種(品系)遺傳性狀的穩(wěn)定和遺傳潛力的發(fā)揮;合理規(guī)劃養(yǎng)殖區(qū)域,保障市場(chǎng)主體的合法權(quán)益;開展鵪鶉的營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)需要測(cè)定,制定涵蓋所有生產(chǎn)階段的有針對(duì)性的相關(guān)生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并在實(shí)踐中不斷完善;同時(shí)大力發(fā)展養(yǎng)殖合作社和養(yǎng)殖協(xié)會(huì),推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化的生產(chǎn)管理模式;建立以企業(yè)為研發(fā)主體、科研院所為助推器的商業(yè)化育種模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本研究結(jié)果不僅適用于河南的蛋用鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,而且對(duì)其他畜禽養(yǎng)殖行業(yè)也具有針對(duì)性的指導(dǎo)作用,可為有關(guān)部門決策和鵪鶉產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the steady implementation of the policy of strengthening agriculture and benefiting agriculture in Henan Province, the animal husbandry has shown a good development momentum, the mode of production of the industry has changed positively, the scale of production has been changed, the pace of standardization and industrialization has been accelerated. Animal husbandry has become the most dynamic growth point and main pillar industry of agriculture and rural economy, and also one of the main sources of farmers' economic income. The egg quail industry in Henan Province has a good development prospect, and gradually formed the egg quail industry agglomeration area and breeding area represented by Jiaozuo, Xinxiang, Luoyang and Luohe. The scale advantage is becoming more and more obvious, and the regionalization benefit is constantly developing. Has become the region and even the province animal husbandry important pillar. In this paper, the quail market and production situation are investigated by consulting the competent department of the quail industry, some scientific research institutions, quail breeding enterprises and professional households, and investigating the farmers' markets and supermarkets. To understand the present situation of quail production, enterprise management, scientific research, breeding and breeding in Henan Province, and then analyze the numerous investigation materials and related documents in Henan Province and even the whole country, and make use of the comparison between theory and practice. The present situation, development environment, opportunities, development problems and bottlenecks of the egg quail industry in Henan Province were analyzed systematically and comprehensively, and the development countermeasures and direction of the quail industry in Henan Province were put forward. The main problems in the quail industry of Henan Province are as follows: first, insufficient investment, difficulty in financing, poor scale of development, and not obvious economic benefit; second, imperfect breeding system of varieties and serious degradation of improved varieties; Third, the level of standardized breeding management and standardized breeding farm construction level is not high, the production technology standard is not high, the fourth is the lack of complete industrial technology service system, the insufficient policy support, the lack of industry talent, the innovation ability is not high; Fifth, the industrial system structure is not complete, regionalization is low, breeding efficiency is not high. These problems resulted in the standardization of the industry, the low level of industrialization and the poor efficiency, which became the bottleneck of the sustainable development of the quail industry in Henan Province. The countermeasures for the development of Henan quail industry are as follows: first, to establish a perfect industrial system to promote the regional development; second, to strengthen the breeding level of improved breeds and improve the performance of egg quail production; third, to strengthen policy support and improve the service system; The fourth is to improve the level of production management technology, scientific, standardized breeding, the implementation of standardized breeding farm construction; fifthly, increase investment in production research and development funds, establish and improve financing channels. The future development direction of the quail industry in Henan Province is to strengthen the research on the key production techniques of quail, combining with the current production management level, the breeding ability of the improved quail, the present situation of industrial structure, the level of development of the industry and the prospect of market demand. To maintain the stability of genetic traits and the exertion of genetic potential of superior varieties (lines); Reasonable planning of breeding areas to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the main body of the market, the development of quail nutrition needs to be determined, the formulation of relevant production standards covering all stages of production, and in practice to continue to improve; At the same time, vigorously develop farming cooperatives and farming associations, promote standardized, scientific, standardized production management model; In order to realize the sustainable development of egg quail industry, a commercial breeding model with enterprises as the main body and research institutes as boosters was established. The results of this study are not only applicable to the development of quail industry in Henan Province, but also have a targeted guiding role for other livestock and poultry breeding industries, and can provide reference basis and suggestions for relevant departments and the development of quail industry.
