【摘要】：作者對(duì)2016年國(guó)內(nèi)外家兔遺傳育種(傳統(tǒng)育種、分子育種、家兔繁殖)的進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為家兔育種實(shí)踐和科學(xué)研究提供參考。國(guó)外傳統(tǒng)育種包括遺傳評(píng)估、選擇及雜交、因子效應(yīng)分析,分子育種主要涉及生長(zhǎng)、繁殖及抗病等性能,而繁殖相關(guān)技術(shù)為國(guó)外研究重點(diǎn),主要包括胚胎冷凍、精子特性、藥物及營(yíng)養(yǎng)等對(duì)家兔繁殖的影響研究。國(guó)內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)育種包括品種選育、雜交及性能測(cè)定,繁殖技術(shù)包括人工授精及繁殖方式和光控繁殖等,分子育種技術(shù)則為國(guó)內(nèi)研究重點(diǎn),主要涉及遺傳多樣性評(píng)估,生長(zhǎng)、皮毛、繁殖、抗病性能及CRISPR/Cas9技術(shù)等。國(guó)內(nèi)外研究側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,國(guó)外繁殖技術(shù)研究成果值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development of rabbit genetics and breeding (traditional breeding, molecular breeding, rabbit breeding) in 2016, in order to provide reference for rabbit breeding practice and scientific research. Traditional breeding abroad includes genetic evaluation, selection and hybridization, factor effect analysis, molecular breeding mainly related to growth, reproduction and disease resistance, while reproductive related techniques are the focus of foreign research, including embryo freezing, sperm characteristics, etc. Study on the effects of drugs and Nutrition on the Reproduction of Rabbits. Traditional breeding in China includes variety selection, hybridization and performance testing, and reproductive techniques include artificial insemination and reproduction methods and photo-controlled reproduction, while molecular breeding techniques are the focus of domestic research, mainly involving the assessment of genetic diversity, growth, fur, etc. Reproduction, disease resistance and CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The emphasis of research at home and abroad is different, foreign reproductive technology research results are worthy of reference.
