無抗生素發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)豬體內(nèi)豬瘟和偽狂犬病毒抗體水平的影響

【摘要】:為了研究無抗生素發(fā)酵飼料對(duì)豬體內(nèi)豬瘟與偽狂犬病毒抗體水平的影響,試驗(yàn)選擇出生日期、初生重、健康狀況基本一致的仔豬120頭,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10頭豬。試驗(yàn)組飼喂無抗生素發(fā)酵飼料,對(duì)照組飼喂與試驗(yàn)組營(yíng)養(yǎng)水平相當(dāng)?shù)幕A(chǔ)日糧(添加抗生素)。試驗(yàn)期179 d。分別在第5,15,25,44,75,179天用ELISA檢測(cè)試劑盒測(cè)定豬瘟與偽狂犬病毒的抗體水平。結(jié)果表明:豬瘟病毒抗體水平在第5,15,25,44天時(shí)試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);第75,179天時(shí)試驗(yàn)組顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);偽狂犬病毒抗體水平在第5,15,25,44,75,179天時(shí)試驗(yàn)組與對(duì)照組之間均差異不顯著(P0.05)。說明長(zhǎng)期飼喂無抗生素的復(fù)合益生菌發(fā)酵飼料可以有效提高豬體內(nèi)豬瘟抗體水平,保持偽狂犬病毒抗體水平達(dá)到飼喂有抗生素飼料的水平,提高機(jī)體抗病能力,有望廣泛應(yīng)用于豬場(chǎng)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of fermented diet without antibiotics on antibody levels of swine fever and pseudorabies virus in pigs, 120 piglets with the same birth date, birth weight and health status were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 6 replicates in each group and 10 pigs in each group. The experimental group was fed with fermented feed without antibiotics, while the control group was fed with basal diet (supplemented with antibiotics) with the same nutritional level as the experimental group. The experimental period was 179 days. The antibody levels of swine fever and pseudorabies virus were determined by ELISA kit on the 5th day. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in the antibody level of swine fever virus on the 5th day (P 0.05), the test group at the 75179 day was significantly higher than the control group (P 0.05), and the antibody level of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group at day 75179 (P0.05). The antibody level of pseudorabies virus was not significantly different between the experimental group and the control group on the 5th day (P0.05). The results showed that long-term feeding with compound probiotics without antibiotics could effectively improve the antibody level of swine fever, keep the antibody level of pseudorabies virus to the level of antibiotic feed, and improve the ability of disease resistance. It is expected to be widely used in pig farms.
