【摘要】：2016年4月,山東蛋雞養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模25 000余只的雞場發(fā)生了一種高致死率傳染病,病死率15%以上。通過臨床癥狀觀察、病理剖檢、血凝試驗、動物回歸試驗、PCR檢測及血清型分析,確診該病為禽腺病毒Ⅰ群4型感染所致。無菌采集該養(yǎng)殖場病死雞肝臟,制備組織滅活疫苗,對雞群進行緊急注射免疫,免疫接種后7d,病死雞數(shù)量開始逐漸下降,12d后完全停止發(fā)病死亡,最終成功控制了該病。應用制備的同源組織滅活疫苗緊急免疫雞群有效控制了禽腺病毒Ⅰ群4型的感染,為該病提供了一種可靠的防控措施。
