棉粕源發(fā)酵飼料對產(chǎn)蛋雞飼喂效果的研究

【摘要】:以棉粕作為主要發(fā)酵底物,用嗜酸乳桿菌進行發(fā)酵,研究不同的添加量對蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能、蛋品質(zhì)及血液生化指標(biāo)的影響。試驗選用1 152只50周齡左右的海蘭褐健康蛋雞隨機分成4組,每組設(shè)3個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)96只雞,第Ⅰ組為對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧;第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組在和基礎(chǔ)日糧營養(yǎng)水平基本一致的基礎(chǔ)上分別添加5%、10%、15%的棉粕源發(fā)酵飼料。結(jié)果表明:試驗第Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ組與第Ⅰ組相比產(chǎn)蛋率分別提高了0.31%(P0.05)、2.62%(P0.01)、2.16%(P0.05),其中第Ⅲ組產(chǎn)蛋率最高;平均蛋重、產(chǎn)蛋量、料蛋比均高于對照組,但均未達(dá)到差異顯著水平(P0.05);采食量試驗組分別比對照組提高了1.77%(P0.01)、8.83%(P0.01)、8.80%(P0.01);腹瀉率、死淘率試驗組與對照組差異不顯著(P0.05)。蛋殼厚度、蛋殼相對重、哈夫單位、蛋黃顏色隨著棉粕源發(fā)酵飼料添加量的增多都有不同程度提高,蛋黃中膽固醇含量隨著添加比例的增加有下降趨勢(P0.05)。血清總蛋白、血清白蛋白含量試驗組比對照組都有不同程度提高(P0.05)。第Ⅱ組和第Ⅰ組相比血清鈣含量有所提高(P0.05),第Ⅲ組、第Ⅳ組分別比第Ⅰ組提高了5.33%(P0.05)和4.10%(P0.05)。血清磷第Ⅱ組比第Ⅰ組提高了(P0.05),第Ⅲ組、第Ⅳ組分別比第Ⅰ組提高了8.68%(P0.05)和6.85%(P0.05)。第Ⅲ組和第Ⅳ組血清鈣和血清磷差異不顯著(P0.05)。血清總膽固醇含量試驗組比對照組有不同程度下降(P0.05)。由此可見,蛋雞日糧中用發(fā)酵棉粕代替豆粕,在不影響蛋品質(zhì)的情況下,以添加10%的效果最佳。
