【摘要】：為分析山羊褐黃血蜱分離株的線粒體(mt DNA)部分序列(pcox1)的遺傳變異情況,并利用cox1序列分析山羊褐黃血蜱與其它蜱的種群遺傳關(guān)系,本研究利用PCR擴增山羊褐黃血蜱的部分cox1片段,并對其進行測序分析。結(jié)果顯示16株山羊褐黃血蜱分離株的cox1序列長度均為800 bp左右,且分離株與基因庫中褐黃血蜱位于同一分支,與其它蜱類得到了很好的鑒別。本研究表明pcox1序列種內(nèi)相對保守,種間差異較大,可作為山羊褐黃血蜱的種間遺傳變異研究的分子遺傳標(biāo)記。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the genetic variation of mitochondrial (mt DNA) partial sequence (pcox1) of Haemaphysalis nigra isolates, and to analyze the population genetic relationship between Haemaphysalis nigra and other ticks by cox1 sequence. In this study, PCR was used to amplify some cox1 fragments of Haemaphysalis bovis and to sequence them. The results showed that the cox1 sequence length of 16 isolates of Haemaphysalis goatens was about 800 bp, and the isolates were located in the same branch as Haemaphysalis bovis in the gene bank, and were well identified with other ticks. The results showed that the pcox1 sequence was relatively conserved within species and varied greatly among species, which could be used as a molecular genetic marker for the study of interspecific genetic variation of Haemaphysalis bovis.
