【摘要】：應(yīng)用數(shù)碼體視顯微鏡觀察采自新疆庫(kù)車縣羊體寄生蜱蟲的形態(tài)學(xué)特征,應(yīng)用分子生物學(xué)分析方法對(duì)采集的蜱蟲進(jìn)行線粒體16S r DNA基因序列擴(kuò)增、測(cè)序,運(yùn)用MEGA 6.0軟件鄰接法(neighbour-joining,簡(jiǎn)稱NJ)構(gòu)建遺傳進(jìn)化樹,確定蜱蟲的進(jìn)化生物學(xué)特征。結(jié)果表明,新疆庫(kù)車縣的蜱種主要為圖蘭扇頭蜱,分子水平上具有較高的生物多樣性。
[Abstract]:The morphological characteristics of parasitic ticks collected from sheep body in Kuche County, Xinjiang, were observed by using digital stereoscopic microscope. The mitochondrial 16s r DNA gene sequence was amplified and sequenced by molecular biological analysis. The genetic evolutionary tree was constructed by MEGA 6.0 software adjacency method (neighbour-joining, NJ) to determine the evolutionary biological characteristics of ticks. The results showed that the ticks in Kuqa County of Xinjiang were mainly tick species with high biodiversity at molecular level.
