新疆邊境庫車縣圖蘭扇頭蜱形態(tài)學及分子生物學鑒定

【摘要】:應用數(shù)碼體視顯微鏡觀察采自新疆庫車縣羊體寄生蜱蟲的形態(tài)學特征,應用分子生物學分析方法對采集的蜱蟲進行線粒體16S r DNA基因序列擴增、測序,運用MEGA 6.0軟件鄰接法(neighbour-joining,簡稱NJ)構建遺傳進化樹,確定蜱蟲的進化生物學特征。結果表明,新疆庫車縣的蜱種主要為圖蘭扇頭蜱,分子水平上具有較高的生物多樣性。
[Abstract]:The morphological characteristics of parasitic ticks collected from sheep body in Kuche County, Xinjiang, were observed by using digital stereoscopic microscope. The mitochondrial 16s r DNA gene sequence was amplified and sequenced by molecular biological analysis. The genetic evolutionary tree was constructed by MEGA 6.0 software adjacency method (neighbour-joining, NJ) to determine the evolutionary biological characteristics of ticks. The results showed that the ticks in Kuqa County of Xinjiang were mainly tick species with high biodiversity at molecular level.
