新型添加劑左旋肉堿對小鼠不同生長期的影響

【摘要】:為了研究左旋肉堿作為新型功能性添加劑在小鼠不同生長期的體重變化情況,試驗將昆明小鼠隨機分為高劑量組、低劑量組和空白對照組,通過在飲水中加入不同劑量的左旋肉堿,連續(xù)測定6周的體重,分離小鼠的心臟、肝臟、脾臟、肺臟、腎臟并稱取重量。結(jié)果表明:高劑量組(♀)和對照組(♀)第2周體重差異顯著(P0.05);高劑量組(♂)和對照組(♂)第1周和第6周體重差異顯著(P0.05);低劑量組(♂)和對照組(♂)在第2周、第3周體重差異顯著(P0.05),第4,5,6周體重差異極顯著(P0.01);其他與對照組之間差異不顯著(P0.05);無論是雌性小鼠還是雄性小鼠,高劑量組、低劑量組和對照組臟器重均無顯著性差異(P0.05);臟器系數(shù)均無顯著性差異(P0.05)。說明左旋肉堿對昆明小鼠在不同生長周期的生長性能有促進作用,臟器無特殊變化。
[Abstract]:In order to study the changes of body weight of mice with L-carnitine as a new functional additive in different growth stages, Kunming mice were randomly divided into high dose group, low dose group and blank control group. By adding different doses of L-carnitine to drinking water and measuring body weight for 6 weeks, the heart, liver, spleen, lung and kidney of mice were separated and weighed. The results showed that there were significant differences in body weight between the high dose group and the control group at the 2nd week (P0.05), the weight at the 1st week and the 6th week in the high dose group (P 0.05) and the control group (P 0.05). The weight difference between the low dose group and the control group was significant in the second week and the third week (P0.05), the weight difference in the 4th 5th week (P0.01) was extremely significant (P0.01), the difference between the other groups and the control group was not significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in organ weight between female and male mice in high dose group, low dose group and control group (P0.05), but no significant difference in organ coefficient (P0.05). The results showed that L-carnitine could promote the growth performance of Kunming mice in different growth cycles, but had no special changes in viscera.
