【摘要】：區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品及其產(chǎn)業(yè)在區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)及農(nóng)村發(fā)展中扮演重要角色。五華三黃雞是梅州市五華縣及相鄰地區(qū)的傳統(tǒng)的特色產(chǎn)品,其具有悠久的歷史。本文以五華三黃雞產(chǎn)業(yè)為樣本,通過(guò)研究區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,旨在深入分析本產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨的主要障礙因素,并且針對(duì)性地提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和措施,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要研究以下幾方面的內(nèi)容:第一、區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展是地區(qū)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力源,對(duì)地區(qū)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展具有非常重要的促進(jìn)作用。其產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展模式有市場(chǎng)連接型、龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)型、主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)帶動(dòng)型、股份合作帶動(dòng)型、農(nóng)科教結(jié)合型以及專業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)帶動(dòng)型。深刻認(rèn)識(shí)區(qū)域特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展過(guò)程中面臨的各種問(wèn)題,并且從不同視野、不同側(cè)重點(diǎn)來(lái)描述其基本特點(diǎn)。第二、對(duì)五華三黃雞品種資源特點(diǎn)、保護(hù)及利用現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究五華三黃雞產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在農(nóng)戶科技養(yǎng)殖文化技術(shù)較低,養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模普遍偏小,對(duì)地方品種遺傳資源的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不足,地方政府缺乏有效的資源保護(hù)政策,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模受到限制以及品牌推廣存在問(wèn)題。針對(duì)以上問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的保護(hù)建議及產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展對(duì)策。資源保護(hù)的建議是:加強(qiáng)宣傳力度,提高保護(hù)地方優(yōu)良品種基因庫(kù);地方政府加大重視,實(shí)行資金優(yōu)惠政策;形成合理的資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用體系,加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)雞技術(shù)的培訓(xùn);加強(qiáng)措施,制定方案,確�！拔迦A三黃雞禽遺傳資源”得到保護(hù);加大開(kāi)發(fā)利用,提高五華三黃雞市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;充分利用資源,創(chuàng)立生物品牌。產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展對(duì)策是:轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念,增加投資;加強(qiáng)五華三黃雞品種的雜交改良;采用“科研單位+公司+基地+農(nóng)戶”科農(nóng)工貿(mào)一體化的形式;培養(yǎng)農(nóng)民技術(shù)員;鞏固畜牧獸醫(yī)技術(shù)隊(duì)伍,保障五華三黃雞產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Regional characteristic agricultural products and their industries play an important role in regional agriculture and rural development. Wuhua Sanhuang Chicken is a traditional characteristic product of Wuhua County and adjacent areas of Meizhou City, which has a long history. This paper takes Wuhua Sanhuang chicken industry as a sample, through studying the problems in the process of development of regional characteristic agricultural products industry, aims to deeply analyze the main obstacles in the process of the development of this industry, and put forward relevant countermeasures and measures. Has certain realistic significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the development of regional characteristic agricultural products industry is the power source of regional characteristic agriculture development, which has a very important role in promoting the development of regional characteristic agriculture. Its industrialization development model includes market connection type, leading enterprise type, leading industry type, share cooperation type, agricultural science and education combination type and professional association type. In this paper, we deeply understand all kinds of problems in the process of industrialization of agricultural products with regional characteristics, and describe their basic characteristics from different perspectives and emphases. Secondly, the characteristics, protection and utilization status of Wuhua Sanhuang chicken breed resources are analyzed. On this basis, the problems in the development process of Wuhua Sanhuang chicken industry are studied. The scale of breeding is generally small, the importance of genetic resources of local varieties is not well understood, the local government lacks effective resource protection policies, the production technology, scale of production and brand promotion are restricted. In view of the above problems, the corresponding protection suggestions and industrialization development countermeasures are put forward. The suggestions of resource protection are as follows: strengthen propaganda to improve the protection of local good variety gene bank, local government should pay more attention to it and implement preferential policy of fund, form a reasonable system of resource development and utilization, and strengthen the training of chicken breeding technique. Measures should be taken to ensure the protection of the "genetic resources of Wuhua Sanhuang chickens and birds", to increase the development and utilization, to improve the market competitiveness of Wuhua Sanhuang chickens, to make full use of resources and to establish biological brands. The countermeasures of industrialization development are as follows: changing ideas, increasing investment, strengthening hybrid improvement of Wuhua Sanhuang chicken breeds, adopting the form of "scientific research company base farmers", integrating science, agriculture, industry and trade, training farmers technicians; Consolidate livestock and veterinary technical team to ensure the healthy development of Wuhua Sanhuang chicken industry.
