基于LabVIEW的蔬菜切碎機(jī)性能測(cè)試及工作參數(shù)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:為改善蔬菜類切碎器的工作性能,提高蔬菜的資源化利用率,該文基于Lab VIEW軟件開發(fā)了蔬菜切碎性能測(cè)試平臺(tái),并設(shè)計(jì)了一種盤刀式切碎器,利用該平臺(tái),對(duì)不同種類的蔬菜進(jìn)行切碎試驗(yàn),深入探討了不同刀片數(shù)量和不同轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)切碎器工作性能的影響。試驗(yàn)表明,蔬菜切碎性能測(cè)試平臺(tái)不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了試驗(yàn)過程的可視化,還具有測(cè)量誤差小、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、操作簡(jiǎn)單等特點(diǎn)。通過蔬菜切碎試驗(yàn)得到,蔬菜類切碎器上宜采用2~3個(gè)切碎刀片,旋轉(zhuǎn)速度宜為1 400 r/min,此時(shí)的切碎器具有較好的工作性能,對(duì)蔬菜的切碎效果好、質(zhì)量損失小,且其生產(chǎn)能力較高、單位產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量能耗小。該方法為蔬菜類切碎器的設(shè)計(jì)及切碎性能測(cè)試平臺(tái)的開發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the working performance of vegetable shredder and improve the utilization ratio of vegetable, a testing platform for vegetable shredding performance is developed based on Lab VIEW software, and a kind of cutter shredder is designed. The effects of different number of blades and different rotational speeds on the performance of the shredder were studied. The test results show that the test platform not only realizes the visualization of the test process, but also has the characteristics of small measurement error, stable operation and simple operation. Through the experiment of vegetable shredding, it is found that 2 ~ 3 shredding blades should be used on the vegetable shredder, and the rotation speed should be 1 400 r / min. The shredder has good working performance, good cutting effect and low mass loss. And its production capacity is high, the unit product quality energy consumption is small. The method provides a reference for the design of vegetable shredder and the development of test platform for shredding performance.
