微生物發(fā)酵床豬舍不同發(fā)酵等級(jí)墊料中大腸桿菌的分離鑒定

【摘要】:為了研究微生物發(fā)酵床不同發(fā)酵等級(jí)墊料中大腸桿菌的分布及其特性,試驗(yàn)采集了微生物發(fā)酵床豬舍不同發(fā)酵程度的墊料,進(jìn)行大腸桿菌的分離鑒定和藥敏試驗(yàn),分析了發(fā)酵床中大腸桿菌的致病性和抗生素抗性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在10-5稀釋倍數(shù)下,僅在墊料發(fā)酵級(jí)別為一級(jí)的墊料中,即墊料使用時(shí)間較短、發(fā)酵程度較低(0△E≤7.63)的條件下,分離到41株大腸桿菌;而在發(fā)酵程度較高的墊料中,即墊料發(fā)酵程度二級(jí)以上(△E7.63)的環(huán)境中未分離到大腸桿菌。隨著發(fā)酵的進(jìn)行,發(fā)酵床中大腸桿菌數(shù)量逐漸減少。41株大腸桿菌中含有致瀉性大腸桿菌15株,其中具有熱穩(wěn)定腸毒素(astA)基因的大腸桿菌9株,占總數(shù)的22%,含耐藥性因子(sepA)基因的大腸桿菌2株,占總數(shù)的4.8%;耐強(qiáng)力霉素的大腸桿菌11株,占總數(shù)的27%。含有sepA基因的大腸桿菌具有強(qiáng)耐藥性。從以上結(jié)果來(lái)看,微生物發(fā)酵床對(duì)豬舍大腸桿菌具有抑制作用,可為發(fā)酵床的推廣應(yīng)用及墊料再利用提供一定依據(jù)。
