飼料中微量元素對畜禽組織及環(huán)境的影響

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代畜牧業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,動物飼料中添加無機(jī)水平來源的藥理鋅、銅會隨糞便排泄,從而導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染,為減少日糧中超量微量元素使用及研制出更有效的微量元素產(chǎn)品已成為營養(yǎng)研究的熱點(diǎn),文章主要綜述了微量元素對畜禽飼養(yǎng)和環(huán)境問題兩者之間的關(guān)系及微量元素在動物體內(nèi)平衡機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:In modern animal husbandry, adding inorganic levels of zinc and copper to animal feed can lead to environmental pollution. In order to reduce the use of excess trace elements in diet and to develop more effective trace element products, it has become a hot point in nutrition research. This paper reviews the relationship between trace elements in animal rearing and environmental problems and the mechanism of trace element balance in animals.
