母豬飼喂監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)如今,隨著我國科學(xué)生產(chǎn)力的不斷提高,我國的養(yǎng)豬業(yè)也正由傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)戶散養(yǎng)情況向大規(guī)模數(shù)字化群體飼養(yǎng)情況轉(zhuǎn)變,雖然我國養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的模式發(fā)了改變,但是由于養(yǎng)殖設(shè)施相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)陋,飼養(yǎng)水平的不足,豬舍環(huán)境的惡劣等各方面的原因還是始終無法實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)的智能化,導(dǎo)致小規(guī)模生產(chǎn)者的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益很低。本論文所設(shè)計(jì)的母豬飼喂監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)能夠很好的解決如今我國養(yǎng)豬業(yè)存在的問題,實(shí)現(xiàn)母豬喂養(yǎng)的信息化與數(shù)字化,因此本論文研究并開發(fā)了這套系統(tǒng)。 本論文就母豬飼喂監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的總體框架和各部分功能模塊進(jìn)行了整體設(shè)計(jì),并確定了以ARM9為控制核心的方案。本設(shè)計(jì)所做的主要工作:在硬件部分完成了基于RFID射頻閱讀器電路的設(shè)計(jì),直流電機(jī)控制門控開關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì),步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制自動(dòng)下料的設(shè)計(jì),ZigBee無線模塊與ARM9之間的通信,在軟件部分使用Visual C++6.0開發(fā)上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)軟件程序,ADO訪問數(shù)據(jù)庫的技術(shù),最后對(duì)硬件系統(tǒng)和軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)試與集成,并在養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)安裝試運(yùn)行。 本系統(tǒng)相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)戶散養(yǎng)飼喂模式在母豬數(shù)據(jù)誤差的減小,母豬飼料的節(jié)省,母豬的產(chǎn)仔數(shù)量,母豬的鏢體控制,發(fā)情準(zhǔn)確率,疾病預(yù)防,豬場(chǎng)環(huán)境污染的減少等諸多方面都有顯著的提升,并且該系統(tǒng)能夠在養(yǎng)豬場(chǎng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,所以該系統(tǒng)具有很高的實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of scientific productivity in our country, the pig raising industry in China is also changing from the situation of traditional peasant households to large-scale digital group raising, although the mode of pig raising in our country has changed. However, because of the relatively simple facilities, the shortage of raising level and the bad environment of pig house, the intelligence of pig industry can not be realized all the time, which leads to the low economic benefit of small-scale producers. The sows feeding monitoring system designed in this paper can solve the existing problems of pig raising in our country and realize the information and digitization of sows feeding. Therefore, this paper studies and develops this system. In this paper, the overall framework and functional modules of the sows feeding monitoring system are designed, and the scheme with ARM9 as the control core is determined. The main work of this design is as follows: the design of RF reader circuit based on RFID, the design of DC motor control gating switch, the design of step motor control automatic cutting, the communication between ZigBee wireless module and ARM9 in the hardware part, In the software part, Visual C 6.0 is used to develop the software program of upper computer system. The technology of accessing database by ADO is used. Finally, the hardware system and software system are debugged and integrated, and the system is installed in pig farm for trial operation. Compared with traditional farmers, the system can reduce the data error of sows, save the feed of sows, give birth to sows, control the body of sows, control estrus, prevent diseases. The reduction of environmental pollution in pig farms and other aspects have been significantly improved, and the system can operate stably in pig farms, so the system has a high practical value.
