日糧中添加桑葉粉對(duì)蛋雞血液抗氧化和免疫指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)選用480只210日齡羅曼褐蛋雞,隨機(jī)分為5組,每組4個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)24只雞,對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,4個(gè)試驗(yàn)組分別在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中添加3%、6%、9%和12%的桑葉粉,試驗(yàn)期56d。結(jié)果表明:與對(duì)照組相比,4個(gè)試驗(yàn)組的血清丙二醛、谷胱甘肽過氧化物酶、補(bǔ)體C3和補(bǔ)體C4含量均無顯著差異著(P005);試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ極顯著地提高了血清總抗氧化能力含量(P001);試驗(yàn)組Ⅳ血清超氧化物歧化酶、免疫球蛋白G、腫瘤壞死因子顯著提高(P005);試驗(yàn)組血清免疫球蛋白A、白細(xì)胞介素-1顯著或極顯著提高(P005);除試驗(yàn)組Ⅰ,其余各組血清免疫球蛋白M含量極顯著提高(P001);試驗(yàn)組Ⅱ和試驗(yàn)組Ⅲ血清的白細(xì)胞介素-6含量均有極顯著增高(P001),試驗(yàn)組Ⅳ的白細(xì)胞介素-6含量有提高,但差異不顯著(P005)。血清超氧化物歧化酶、3種免疫球蛋白和2種白細(xì)胞介素含量均呈現(xiàn)隨添加量增加而增高的趨勢(shì)。綜上所述,桑葉粉在蛋雞養(yǎng)殖中具有增強(qiáng)免疫力、提高抗氧化能力等作用,建議桑葉粉合理添加量為3%~6%。
