霉菌毒素吸附劑在飼料中的應(yīng)用效果評估

【摘要】:飼料及其原料中不可避免地存在各種霉菌毒素污染,如黃曲霉毒素B_1、脫氧雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮等,對畜牧業(yè)和人類健康造成嚴(yán)重危害。本文主要研究霉菌毒素吸附劑對飼料中真菌毒素黃曲霉毒素B_1、脫氧雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附作用。我們在已被污染的飼料中加入不同廠家、不同類型霉菌毒素吸附劑,采用酶聯(lián)免疫法分別測定霉菌毒素吸附劑加入前后飼料中三種真菌毒素的含量,得出不同霉菌毒素吸附劑對真菌毒素吸附的優(yōu)劣;同時采用理化分析方法研究了霉菌毒素吸附劑對飼料中主營養(yǎng)成分維生素、蛋白、鈣的吸附作用。實驗結(jié)果表明,不同的霉菌毒素吸附劑對黃曲霉毒素B_1的吸附效果顯著,顯著性≤0.05。當(dāng)添加量在1%時,對飼料中黃曲霉毒素B_1的吸附可達(dá)到90%以上;然而霉菌毒素吸附劑對脫氧腐鐮刀菌烯醇、玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附效果不顯著,顯著性≥0.05。對飼料中脫氧雪腐鐮刀菌烯醇的吸附率在60%以下,對飼料中玉米赤霉烯酮的吸附率在70%以下。實驗中所涉及到的霉菌毒素吸附劑對飼料中主營養(yǎng)成分維生素、蛋白、鈣都沒有明顯的吸附作用,其中只有吸附劑A對維生素B_2吸附率在5.65%,其余所有吸附劑對營養(yǎng)成份的吸附率都在5%以下。
[Abstract]:The contamination of various mycotoxins, such as aflatoxin B-1, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone, is unavoidable in feed and its raw materials, which causes serious harm to animal husbandry and human health. In this paper, the adsorption of mycotoxin adsorbent on mycotoxin aflatoxin B-1, deoxynivalenol and zearalenone in feed was studied. We added different kinds of mycotoxin adsorbents into contaminated feed, and determined the contents of three mycotoxins in the feed before and after the addition of mycotoxin adsorbent by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The effects of different mycotoxin adsorbents on the adsorption of mycotoxins were obtained. At the same time, the adsorption of mycotoxin adsorbent on vitamin, protein and calcium in feed was studied by physicochemical analysis.
