【摘要】：正臍疝指腹腔臟器經(jīng)臍孔脫至臍部下所形成的局限性突起,其內(nèi)容物為網(wǎng)膜、鐮狀韌帶或小腸等。疝可分為先天性疝和后天性疝~([1])。臨床上幼犬臍疝疝孔較小,一般不超過2 cm,疝孔超過5 cm的臍疝較為少見,因其會對幼犬的發(fā)育造成一定影響,需手術(shù)治療。筆者于2016年2月份接診一例幼犬臍疝合并腸粘連病例,現(xiàn)將診治情況報道如下。1病例介紹患犬為馬里努阿犬,雄性,3月齡。主述:該犬腹
[Abstract]:Positive umbilical hernia refers to the localized protuberance formed by the removal of abdominal viscera through the umbilical foramen to the subumbilical part of the umbilical cord, and its contents are omentum, falciform ligament or small intestine. Hernia can be divided into congenital hernia and acquired hernia. In clinic, the umbilical hernia foramen of puppies is small, and the umbilical hernia which is less than 2 cm, hernia foramen more than 5 cm is rare, because of its influence on the development of puppies, it should be treated surgically. A case of umbilical hernia with intestinal adhesion in puppies was admitted in February 2016. The diagnosis and treatment are reported as follows. 1 case report: the dog is a Malanoua dog, male, 3 months old. Main description: the dog's abdomen
