安格斯雜交肉牛不同飼喂階段瘤胃內(nèi)環(huán)境及血液相關(guān)指標變化規(guī)律的研究

【摘要】:為探索安格斯雜交肉牛不同飼養(yǎng)階段瘤胃內(nèi)環(huán)境和血液相關(guān)指標的變化規(guī)律,以期了解安格斯雜交肉牛亞急性瘤胃酸中毒情況,為安格斯雜交肉牛相關(guān)營養(yǎng)代謝病的預防和診治提供一定的理論依據(jù)和研究基礎(chǔ)。試驗動物選自湖南某安格斯雜交肉牛育肥場,選取不同飼養(yǎng)階段的安格斯雜交肉牛30頭,分為五組,體重分別為300 kg、350 kg、400kg、550 kg、650 kg,分別標記為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組。分別對各組安格斯雜交肉牛的瘤胃PH值、揮發(fā)性脂肪酸、相關(guān)血液細胞因子、血液生化、內(nèi)毒素以及瘤胃微生物變化規(guī)律進行了研究。不同飼養(yǎng)階段的安格斯雜交肉牛,隨年齡、飼養(yǎng)時間推移以及體重的增加,瘤胃內(nèi)PH逐漸降低;通過離子色譜儀測定乙酸、丙酸和丁酸的含量,結(jié)果顯示瘤胃內(nèi)乙酸濃度先上升后下降,丙酸和丁酸呈逐步上升的趨勢。利用放射免疫法檢測安格斯雜交肉牛各飼養(yǎng)階段血液細胞因子的含量,結(jié)果表明TNF-α未見明顯變化,IL-1和IL-6的含量呈現(xiàn)升高趨勢。用鱟試劑法檢測血液內(nèi)毒素的含量,發(fā)現(xiàn)第Ⅲ組含量明顯升高,且差異顯著;血生化結(jié)果表明,隨飼養(yǎng)階段的后移,除了ALP呈下降趨勢,ALT、GGT、AST都表現(xiàn)一定程度的升高,在育肥后期酶活性下降,差異性不顯著;TP的含量在第Ⅱ組上升到最高值,從第Ⅲ組開始逐漸下降。運用熒光定量PCR方法檢測瘤胃內(nèi)五種細菌的含量,結(jié)果表明在安格斯雜交肉牛育肥前期,第Ⅱ組各種含量均升高,與第Ⅰ組相比差異顯著。其中嗜淀粉瘤胃桿菌增長幅度最大,在第Ⅲ組達到最高值,且與第Ⅰ組相比差異極顯著。從育肥中期開始,五種微生物的數(shù)量出現(xiàn)不同程度的下降,纖維分解菌數(shù)量的下降早于淀粉降解菌。在育肥后期各種微生物含量基本趨于穩(wěn)定,未表現(xiàn)出顯著的差異性。綜合上述試驗結(jié)果表明,隨著安格斯雜交肉牛育肥階段的推移,瘤胃PH值逐漸下降,揮發(fā)性脂肪酸的濃度逐漸上升。從血液相關(guān)指標的分析結(jié)果可以得知高精料日糧可以引起血液內(nèi)毒素含量及血生化指標的變化,對肝臟造成一定程度的損傷,在育肥后期SARA癥狀出現(xiàn)輕微的好轉(zhuǎn),這可能是由于安格斯雜交肉牛通過自身的調(diào)整來適應這種長期的高精料應激,從而減輕對機體的產(chǎn)生的不良影響。
