添加酶制劑和膨化處理對(duì)生長(zhǎng)豬飼糧中脫脂米糠概略養(yǎng)分和礦物質(zhì)表觀消化率的影響
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to study the effects of enzyme preparation and expansion treatment on the apparent digestibility of defatted rice bran in the diets of growing pigs at the end of ileum and the whole digestive tract. In this experiment, 4 脳 10 脳 10 脳 3 D crossbred boars with T-type fistula at the end of ileum were selected. The initial body weight was (18 鹵1. 5) kg.. Four diets were fed with defatted rice bran, defatted rice bran enzyme, expanded defatted rice bran and expanded defatted rice bran enzyme designed according to 2 脳 2 factor. The results showed that: (1) at the end of ileum, the total energy, the apparent digestibility of Fe and Zn, and the crude protein and ash content were significantly increased by adding enzyme. The apparent digestibility of phosphorus phytate, P and Ca (P0.01), the apparent digestibility of Fe (P0.05) and the apparent digestibility of phosphorus phytate (P0.01) were significantly increased (P0.01), but the dry matter decreased significantly. The apparent digestibility of organic matter and crude fat (P0.05) significantly decreased the apparent digestibility of total energy (P0.01). (2) in the whole digestive tract. The apparent digestibility of Cu was significantly increased by adding enzyme (P0.05), and the apparent digestibility of Zn and Ca was significantly increased (P0.01), the apparent digestibility of crude protein and crude fat was significantly decreased (P0.05), and that of dry matter and organic matter was significantly decreased by expanding treatment. Total energy, apparent digestibility of P and Ca (P0.01). In conclusion, the addition of enzyme to the diet of skim rice bran in growing pigs can improve the digestibility of nutrients and minerals, especially before the ileum, and, with the exception of minerals, the expanded treatment has a negative effect on the digestibility of most of the approximate nutrients in rice bran diets. The two treatments showed no synergistic effect on nutrient digestion and utilization of rice bran.
