【摘要】：為了研究長期飼喂高精料日糧對泌乳期山羊泌乳性能和乳腺組織抗氧化能力的影響,實驗選用12只健康經(jīng)產(chǎn)泌乳中期關中奶山羊,隨機分為兩組,分別飼喂精粗比為35∶65(低精料組,LC,n=6)和65∶35(高精料組,HC,n=6)的日糧。實驗期共10周,實驗期間采集羊奶與血液;實驗結束后采用靜脈注射的方法對山羊進行安樂死,隨后采集乳腺組織并迅速置于液氮中速凍后保存于-70℃待測。結果顯示,HC組山羊乳產(chǎn)量顯著高于LC組(P0.01),同時乳中乳糖,乳蛋白的比例隨著泌乳時間的增加而顯著升高。與LC組山羊比較,HC組山羊乳腺組織中SREBP1和GLUT1 mRNA表達顯著下降(P0.05);磷酸化AKT1蛋白表達呈下降趨勢(P=0.08);除此之外,HC組山羊乳腺組織的總抗氧化能力T-AOC(P=0.06)和GSH酶活均呈下降趨勢(P=0.08)。這些結果表明,長期飼喂高精料日糧可降低乳腺組織的抗氧化能力,同時可降低乳中乳脂率以及乳腺組織中SREBP-1和P-AKT的表達。
