【摘要】：抗菌肽又稱宿主防御肽,是一種具有廣譜抗菌活性小肽類物質(zhì),是生物先天免疫系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。抗菌肽具有抗細(xì)菌,抗真菌、抗寄生蟲、抗病毒、抗癌細(xì)胞和免疫調(diào)節(jié)等功能,與抗生素作用機(jī)制不同,不易產(chǎn)生耐藥性,有望成為抗生素替代品,在畜禽生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)用廣泛。文章綜述抗菌肽作用機(jī)制及其在畜牧養(yǎng)殖中的應(yīng)用,初步探討抗菌肽作為抗生素替代物的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Antimicrobial peptide, also known as host defense peptide, is a kind of broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity and small peptide, which is an important part of biological innate immune system. Antimicrobial peptides have the functions of anti-bacteria, anti-fungi, anti-parasite, anti-virus, anti-cancer cells and immunomodulation, which are different from the mechanism of antibiotics and are not easy to produce drug resistance, which is expected to be a substitute for antibiotics and widely used in the production of livestock and poultry. In this paper, the mechanism of antimicrobial peptides and its application in animal husbandry were reviewed, and the application prospect of antimicrobial peptides as antibiotic substitutes was preliminarily discussed.
