【摘要】：正圍產(chǎn)期包括干奶后期(產(chǎn)前2~3周)和泌乳初期(產(chǎn)后2~3周),奶牛從妊娠轉(zhuǎn)入泌乳階段。奶牛在圍產(chǎn)期會出現(xiàn)許多生理特性變化,主要表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)犢前后營養(yǎng)需求和代謝的不同。在產(chǎn)后1周奶牛會大量消耗自身儲存的能源物質(zhì),出現(xiàn)能量負(fù)平衡。因此,本試驗(yàn)通過檢測圍產(chǎn)期奶牛血清中糖及脂代謝的變化情況,從中探尋規(guī)律,對圍產(chǎn)期奶牛的營養(yǎng)代謝病(如脂肪肝、酮病及低鈣血癥)的預(yù)防和預(yù)測提供一
[Abstract]:The positive perinatal period includes the late period of dry milk (2 weeks before birth) and the early stage of lactation (2 weeks after delivery), and the cow transfers from pregnancy to lactation stage. During perinatal period, there are many changes in physiological characteristics of dairy cows, mainly manifested by the difference of nutrition requirement and metabolism before and after calving. During the first week after delivery, cows consume a large amount of energy materials stored in their own reserves, resulting in negative energy balance. Therefore, by detecting the changes of glucose and lipid metabolism in serum of perinatal cows, this experiment aims to explore the rules for the prevention and prediction of nutritional metabolic diseases (such as fatty liver, ketosis and hypocalcemia) in perinatal cows.
