飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平對汶上蘆花雞生產(chǎn)性能和蛋品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平對汶上蘆花雞生產(chǎn)性能和蛋品質(zhì)的影響,建立粗蛋白質(zhì)需要量回歸模型,確定汶上蘆花雞產(chǎn)蛋期飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)需要量。采用單因素試驗設(shè)計,選取30周齡、體重相近的健康汶上蘆花雞360只,隨機分為5個組,每組6個重復,每個重復12只雞。各組分別飼喂飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平為13%、14%、15%、16%和17%的試驗飼糧,其他飼糧營養(yǎng)水平保持一致。預試期7 d,正試期35 d。結(jié)果表明:1)平均日粗蛋白質(zhì)攝入量(ADCPI)隨著飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平的升高而顯著升高(P0.05)。產(chǎn)蛋數(shù)、產(chǎn)蛋率和平均日產(chǎn)蛋量(ADEM)隨著飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平的升高先升高后降低,16%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組達到最大值,顯著高于13%和14%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組(P0.05)。2)13%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組的蛋重顯著低于其他各組(P0.05)。16%和17%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組的哈氏單位顯著或極顯著低于13%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組(P0.05或P0.01)。13%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組的蛋黃顏色顯著淺于14%、15%、16%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組(P0.05)。蛋殼顏色方面,16%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組的亮度顯著高于14%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組(P0.05),13%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組的紅度顯著高于16%粗蛋白質(zhì)水平組(P0.05)。3)以ADCPI為因變量,以平均日增重(ADG)、ADEM和代謝體重(BW0.75)為自變量,建立汶上蘆花雞飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)需要量回歸模型為:ADCPI=0.02ADG+0.22ADEM+4.20BW0.75(R2=974 5,P0.05)。由此可見,汶上蘆花雞31~36周齡適宜的飼糧粗蛋白質(zhì)水平為15.55%。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of dietary crude protein level on the performance and egg quality of Wenshang Luhua chicken, to establish a regression model of crude protein requirement, and to determine the dietary crude protein requirement of Wenshang Luhua chicken during laying period. A single factor design was used to select 360 healthy Wenshang Luhua chickens at 30 weeks of age with similar body weight and were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replica. The crude protein levels of the diets were 13% and 17%, respectively, and the nutritional levels of the other diets were the same. The pretest period was 7 days and the current test period was 35 days. The results showed that: 1) the average daily crude protein intake (ADCPI) increased significantly with the increase of dietary crude protein level (P0.05). The number of eggs, laying rate and average daily egg production (ADEM) increased first and then decreased with the increase of dietary crude protein level, and reached the maximum in 16% crude protein level group. Egg weight of 13% crude protein group was significantly lower than that of other groups (P0.05). 16% and 17% crude protein level group was significantly or extremely lower than 13% crude protein level group (P0.05 or P0.01). 13% crude protein level group was significantly lower than that of 13% crude protein level group (P0.05 or P0.01), and the egg weight of 13% crude protein level group was significantly lower than that of other groups (P0.05) and 14% crude protein level group (P0.05). The color of egg yolk in the qualitative level group was significantly lighter than that in the 15% crude protein level group (P0.05). In eggshell color, the brightness of 16% crude protein group was significantly higher than that of 14% crude protein level group (P0.05), and the red degree of 13% crude protein level group was significantly higher than that of 16% crude protein level group (P0.05). With (ADG), ADEM and BW0.75 as independent variables, the regression model of dietary crude protein requirement of Wenshang Luhua chicken was established as follows: ADCPI=0.02ADG 0.22ADEM 4.20BW0.75 (R2C9745). Therefore, the optimum dietary crude protein level of Wenshang Luhua chicken was 15.55 kW at the age of 31 ~ 36 weeks.
